“We recently stayed at WaterColor Inn to celebrate our anniversary and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the noise. Throughout our stay, we were kept awake by constant stomping from the room above us, furniture being moved, doors slamming, and children yelling. “Spacious hotel rooms and comfortable beds. The hallways smelled a little odd, but this is likely because you can cook in some of the rooms / some rooms have stovetops. You can't really control what someone is cooking! They have laundry facilities onsite as well and while I did not use them, they looked clean. The fitness center was very clean as well and they even had a Peloton bike. I would definitely stay here again.”

“One of the absolute best places to stay. My family & I were overjoyed to be staying here again as we have made The Reef our yearly vacation spot. We got there early this year and they did their best to get us in the room as soon as they could. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and you can request housekeeping to clean your room after a couple days stay. They do a nice job. We love the reef!”

“This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. “We got there there at 3:45 p.m. We knew the paperwork said check-in was at 4 so we were fine with that. The guy sent me a text saying they would text me when the room was ready. We went down to the beach and walked for 25 minutes. When we got back they said the room wasn't done still. So we decided to go eat and wait on the text. We were gone until 6pm. STILL. NO. TEXT. “False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend”
