“False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend”

“We love The Hibiscus. We always stay in The Big Easy room which is spacious and not connected to the rest of the property. We decided to stay an extra night and it was already booked. The owner helped us by booking us into one of the flats. Game changer. Now we want to come back in the fall and stay longer. The flats have more room and a full kitchen. “Communicating with the rental property wasn’t good, didn’t receive check in information and had to call multiple times to get different access codes. The property itself was clean and very nice and the beach was private and well maintained. Onsite property management was helpful.”
