“Hotel in una posizione comoda e vicino al mare, di fronte a un parco molto carino e tranquillo. Personale gentilissimo e camera spaziosa, peccato solo per la posizione in un semi interrato. Ci siamo trovati però così bene che potremmo sicuramente pensare di tornare!”

“Holly House is a lovely place to stay - Dee is the most delightful host and her garden is just gorgeous. The room was perfect for my two-night stay in the area, to visit relatives and National Trust properties. A very comfortable bed, and hot shower. The breakfast options were excellent and set me up for the day ahead. The proximity (within easy walking distance) of a good country pub, The Red Lion, was a bonus for evening meals - highly recommended. I would love to return one day to Holly...

“A really relaxing and enjoyable stay. The communication from host was very good and made me feel totally welcome - Suzie is such kind and thoughtful host. The room was perfect for what I needed, calming and spotless with a touch of luxury. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding, easily one of the best breakfasts I've had in Brighton let alone at a bnb. The building is also a gorgeous space throughout, and felt really safe. Lots of places to park if you are travelling by car. Cannot wait to...
