Key cards did not work, had to use a key card along with a physical key. Bathroom sink had not been cleaned. 3am hallway noise of baby crying as parent walked the hallway with crying baby for more than 45 minutes Would not recommend

The hotel was very well kept, I just didn't like the shower head because it wasn't adjustable and every time I went to use the toilet the seat wouldn't stay in the center, other than that it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for accommodating us.

It was located about 30 mins from Salisbury which wasn’t too bad. It had a mini fitness center, and a nice little continental breakfast too. Good for my shirt trip!

Typical low budget hotel. Hallway and common areas had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. Toilet seat was broken inside the room. Breakfast offerings were good and adequate and a large reaspn why we chose to stay here to begin with.

Very unpleasant stay and as a previous own of an Inn I hate leaving unpleasant reviews. Our first room was very dirty in the bathroom area and we had to move rooms. Second room was better but all we could hear was people arguing in the room next to us. The hotel smelled very bad and the hallways were also dirty. Breakfast was completely gone before the 9 o'clock hour even the coffee. I would not stay here again, I would not even let my kids stay with us they stayed off site with a relative.

There were cockroaches and bed bugs the carpets werent vacuumed the linens were filthy. I will never stay there again nor would i recommend this place

The location was handy for my purposes and there were plenty of dining options. The hotel was okay. I'd say barely up to standards. My room was clean, and the bathroom was roomy. However, the carpet failed the sock test - soiled my socks when walking on it. Room was rather noisy as it was next to the elevator and above some equipment room.

Room had no smoke detector. Was removed from base on ceiling. The humidity of the hot tub room doesn’t do well with the A/C on. Created condensation all over the floor. Floor buckling because of this repeated moisture.

I payed for a deluxe room with jacuzzi on Expedia and when I check in and received a double basic room went to front desk and asked why I didn’t have a deluxe room and the man behind counter said there had been a mix up and they didn’t have any deluxe room left but did have a single room but never received a refund or anything for the difference

First night woman fighting from 1am to 5am. Next day construction in room adjacent from 7am to 7pm. Following night wedding party loud and partying until 2am. Staff was no help.

Checked in but didn’t stay
We didn’t end up staying in the room. We we first walked on the Non-Smoking floor, it was filed with the haze and smell of people smoking. There was was one room that had towels wedges in the door at the top and bottom. When we first walked into the room, the light switch by the door didn’t work. When we walked into the room to turn on the light, the first thing we saw was a roach. We sprayed the roach but by then had a very uneasy feeling. Looking at the tub, it had some black “coating” on it that made not want to use the shower. I didn’t know what to do. We checked in late so I assumed there was no cleaning staff available to do anything. We changed our clothes but took our bags back out to the car because we didn’t want to leave them in the room. I didn’t say anything to the management, which I should have done. When it was time to go back to the hotel, we just couldn’t bring ourselves to do it. Just my experience

Won’t stay again
Stunk like cigarettes and weed, room had not been cleaned there was red marker on both sets of sheets, chips on the floor under the desk, mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, hair on the toilet and counter, press on nails behind the toilet, the dresser was busted and not usable, blood on the wall by the bed, trash under the chair…. Not sound proof at all could hear everything got woken up at 3am Saturday to someone fighting n screaming.

You Get What You Pay For
The receptionist was really nice. I stayed for 2 nights. There was a noticeable smoke smell on the second floor hall where I stayed. The room next to mine had a loud child that was either crying or laughing. Also, found a pincher bug in the bathroom. When I went out to check out there was no one there. Yes, it was 5:30am, but there wasn’t a note saying that how to check out with no one there. I did wait a few minutes and walked around, but there was no one there. I had to leave a note with the room key. Also, when I came from an event that day as I was walking to my room there was marijuana smell in the hall. But, it wasn’t near my room. I think people that needed a place to stay like they were homeless were living there. I noticed there were a few rooms you could hear children being loud. The room itself wasn’t bad. Clean sheets, but a hint of cigarette smell. The room was a non smoking room. For the price you get what you paid for. At least the kid in the other was quiet during sleeping hours.
