Perfect location for walking. Very nice accommodations. Clean and quiet. If using the garage space make sure your vehicle is no bigger than a subaru. Just tight getting in. Otherwise perfect!!

Not only was the place perfect—so was the host Jennifer. There is nobody below you or beside you so no worry about noise. Place was clean and decorated really nicely. Plenty of towels n blankets. A/C worked great. Wonderful shower. Also easy check in/out. Beach was just a couple of minutes and there is a walkway right before the sand if you want the pier or Main St. Cute shops & great places to eat. Great restaurant recs from Jennifer. Would stay there again 100% for sure

I don't think it was clearly stated about all the stairs to the Vrbo. I had to finally reach out to the property manager with less than a week to my arrival to get the address! Once there I had to call and get instructions to enter. I felt those instructions were frustrating and could have been given better. But once inside it was delightful and I had everything I needed for a nice stay. It is a great location for walking to the beach and restaurants and shops.

This was a perfect property for us to stay at with our dog! The greenbelt is nearby for great dog walks, and Main Street is also in walking distance, offering a variety of local restaurants and quaint boutique shops. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach!

Jennifer was great in explaining everything as we were checking in and after having a couple of questions, she always answered her phone and texts. The loft had everything one would need and the beach was only a couple of minutes walk and Main St was only about 4 blocks. We will definitely stay there again.

Place was sparkling clean, bed was comfortable, and Jennifer responded quickly to any questions. There were lots of beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and three beach cruiser bicycles to enjoy. 6 minute walk to downtown and the pier. Would love to stay again!

VRBO double booked us for the entire weekend. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. I had booked a cottage 2 blocks from the beach in Seal Beach for the long Memorial Day weekend. We arrived Friday night with our expensive dinner in hand and ready to check in, only to be told there was an issue with our reservation. The host scrambled to find us an alternate accommodation for that night and we were told we had to call VRBO. I was on the phone with VRBO for 4 hours only to be told, I needed to call again in the morning. In the morning after being transferred around and on hold for 2 hours, a supervisor assured me I would receive a call back with my new accommodations by 1:30pm. This was now Saturday. Since I didn’t get a call back, I called again and gave the new supervisor my case number. He started looking for accommodations then since no one had. All they could offer us was a refund and they would pay for our room at the Hilton Hotel by the John Wayne Airport. This was about a 20 minute drive from the beach and a hotel room, not a cottage, apartment, condo or equivalent. We had our small dog and beach cruisers with us. Needless to say, it wasn’t anything close to an anniversary celebration beach getaway.

Nice and close to the beach and in a relaxed neigborhood

Cozy and Clean and very close to the beach. Parking inside the garage was very convenient. Had to climb a flight of stairs to get into the unit, so a bit tricky for me to get my luggage up the stairs. But other than that I really enjoyed the stay.

Great location and has everything you need!

Wonderful stay at this cute vacation spot. The host was very friendly and prompt at answering any questions. Close walking distance to beach, pier, shops and restaurants. Grocery store was also a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect location

This property is located in the perfect place. 2 min walk to the beach. Stores and all needed amenities in walking distance or a short drive. Having parking available was a plus as well. The home was beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable to stay in. The host was so nice and checked on us daily. Check in and out was a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
