“I was traveling in Texas to go to my uncle's memorial and my aunt made my mom reservations at the same hotel I was staying at. That was okay, but my mother arrived at the hotel before me, made with completely different reservations under different names and upon her request, the receptionist changed my room to be on the same floor as hers WITHOUT calling me to ask me if that was okay or if I even knew the person making the request. “Everything was of the quality expected. Breakfast was a little below par but it was late”

“The hotel needs to be remodeled. The pool was down. The carpet smells. There is a mildew smell. Staff were never at the front desk. There was only one hotel cart. Only one elevator that barely fits the cart. They also advertised a hot tub that did not exist. Also, I was told they had cribs or playpens, and they have not had any for over 4 years.”

“Room is spacious and well laid out. Staff were friendly and helpful.”
