“Property was under construction so I had to take that into consideration but it was still a great place to stay! Everyone was so helpful and the room was just what we needed- the only thing is our room was right outside the housekeeping room and the workers were really noisy morning I wanted to sleep in- but other than that it was great!”

“I stay here every other week for work. This place is a hidden gem! The beds are so comfy, pool, sauna and showers are wonderful, lovely FREE breakfast, and the beach is a block away. Highly recommend!!!”

“We love staying at this property and have stayed here for the last 4-5 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located near the beach and the shopping. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of great options! The rooms are always clean and mostly comfortable. My only complaint on the beds is the couch pull-out. The pad/mattress on it is very thin and it's really uncomfortable. We had to go buy a pad at the store to make it easier to sleep on. They also forgot to stock...

“This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message.”

“Bad customer service from the higher ups, they downgraded us after finding out there is a leak in our room going to the room beneath, and they still wanted to charge me more than the full price I would’ve payed for that new room if I had booked it a month ago. Once I said I didn’t want to pay full price, they started threatening me and my partner that our things would be thrown out if we don’t pay and that we would have to vacate. We had to cancel our entire vacation and go back home, because...

“It's great that the hotel has a full set of dumbbells (up to 50s) and a Peloton bike. A cable machine or a lat pull-down or pull-up bar would be a good addition. Rooms are not ultra modern, but they are clean and the heat/ac works well.”
