“We have stayed in one of these units before and we were drawn back due to the low price and location! It is only a few blocks from the promenade. The room was immaculate! Super comfy bed, plenty of clean towels, a little fireplace that comes on when the thermostat is set to heat, everything you would need in the little kitchenette including a Keurig. Highly recommend renting from any of these units! ”

“This property is in a great location in Seaside and overall we had an OK stay. The property is very outdated. Things were old and pretty sparse. For three of us in a double queen room, there were only two chairs at a small dining table in addition to the beds so not many places to sit and relax. “The staff was welcoming, room was great, loved the pool/hot tub. Only slight complain is I could hear people upstairs and in the hallway. Probably the noisiest hotel I’ve been in, but wasn’t the end of the world. Not like there’s anything the staff can do about it, it’s how it was built. Other than that, I’d recommend staying here. It’s walking distance to everything. ”
