“Great experience. Love all the small touches like the flavored water, free breakfast, and cookies. Location is easy to walk to everything. Pool/hot tub nice for the kids. This was one of my favorite stays. Spring for the river view room. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the wild life.”

“Overrated ! The rooms are very dark, smell very musty. The shower was very dirty and covered in black mold and mildew . The pool is also very small and in a cage . The only thing going for this place is the location otherwise it’s a very old building that has been poorly renovated years ago . Not a boutique hotel !!”

“The hotel is a great location for quick easy access to the beach and down town. The parking lot was patrolled on the 4th July to ensure guest parking was available.”

“This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. While the location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the main downtown area—the overall experience was disappointing, especially for $249.93 per night. The biggest issue was cleanliness. When we opened the bed, we found blood stains on the sheets. Housekeeping came to replace them, but the replacement sheets also had blood stains. There were also mosquitoes in the room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The room...

“The property was under construction where people where painting and all prep literally outside our door and had to stop working to move out of our doorway whenever we would leave. I had to navigate me toddler and kids down the walkway that had wet paint and sharp building materials and toxic fumes. It was terrible. The started working right outside our window at 9am—waking everyone up.”
