Hotel vicino a Seaton Delaval Arts Centre - Newcastle sul Tyne

“When we arrived we were told our room was no longer available due to a 'maintenance issue' so had to book somewhere else at the last minute. The lady that we spoke to was nice and did say they had tried to contact us during the day about the situation. However, checking the message we found in Expedia, it was only sent an hour before we arrived late afternoon. Not helpful when you are driving long distance. Might be a one off but, obviously, have to score the hotel low in this instance.”

“Clean and comfortable bed”

“Well I was absolutely speechless this hotels sat overlooking the beach of longsands easily walking and there’s lots of things to do the rooms are spotless the foods great I only wish I’d have brought my surfboards”

“Easy check in service and fast too. Also happy to note parking was free for the Saturday night which was unexpected. Highly recommend the hotel. ”

“Std holiday inn type. I stayed for work purpose. Out of the center, close to airport. Silent, very comfortable bed. Quite good breakfast”

“This hotel has a spare, modern and utilitarian vibe. Our room was well-appointed. It is located downtown within walking distance of the quay. It was a bit of a challenge after leaving the hotel, as the roads can be fairly confusing for folks not familiar with the area.”

“Disappointed! Hot day and couldn't get the window open more then a few inches. No fan available for a family room so very hot and uncomfortable night spent. The breakfast was just okay but the attendant was not cooperative as she seemed not entertain our request for more eggs. There are plenty of points that aren't satisfactory about the property.”

“It's a very nice hotel with plenty of charm and a really nice location. Cruise ships and other large ships come right past and it's not far of a walk to the main beach area and Pleasure Beach and was nice and quiet for our stay. Hard to fault the hotel in general. Breakfast was very nice as well. Staff were friendly. The rooms were roomy and looked nice but unfortunately the pieces didn't add up to what I had hoped for. It was a hot weekend and fortunately quiet so we could have the window...

“personale gentile, ambienti particolarmente puliti, ottima qualità e varietà della colazione, l'hotel ha piscina e zone ricretaive per bambini, nei dintorni c'è una zona tranquilla, nelle vicinaze c'è un centro commerciale enun supermarcato h24, sempre nelle vicinanze c'è la stazione del treno che consente di raggiungere il centro e i luoghi da visitare con un biglietto giornaliero. sicuramente ideale per famiglie in vacanza con bambini e in macchina. l'unica cosa che non ho utilizzato è stato...
