“The Hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard, to look at the hotel is gracefully even though it is a large building, there are a number of entrances weather your there to stay or even to watch the football!! We stayed and ate in the bar the food was served hot and delicious.
But for me what stood out most was the staff, nothing was a problem for them and everyone was polite, friendly and respectful. In all a very positive experience and will certainly return to the Great North Hotel ”

“very helpful staff member by the name of Jade helped us to navigate our phone to enable us to have free drinks instead of having our room cleaned. on our previous visit we had cards to hand in for this which we found much easier.”
