“Hot water didn’t work, room smelled like smoke and floor was filthy. This area of Seattle is very rough and was a huge amount of drug usage/prostitution in/around hotel.”

“The site didn't say that bathrooms are shared. This is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms didn't have lamps, air conditioning, room coffee, or disposable cups to go. False advertising. This is a hostel.”

“Property was clean and maintained very well. Free breakfast was sufficient. The temperature in the room was not able to get as cool as I would like. It was a little uncomfortable since Seattle was in the middle of a heat wave at the time.”

“Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money.”

“While there are other hotels nearby, I always prefer to stay here when visiting Seattle. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to UW campus and the Link Station. It is consistently clean, has kitchen and plenty of seating areas downstairs. Breakfast is served daily. Staff are friendly and professional. If staying with a car, they have secure parking for a fee. My only issue during this past stay was the vanity sink draining ever so slowly. Hopefully, they resolved it after...

“A wonderful hotel: very nice supportive staff, artfully designed well maintained property, easy safe parking. Room is spacious with modern appliances (TV is a bit small for a room size)). Area is safe in a daytime. Few angry individuals we observed on a way back to a hotel at night, coming from bar area… but, all in all it’s a good safe hotel to stay if you visit Seattle.”

“Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle.”

“The room was nice. It did feel like the floor slanted toward the bathroom which was odd. The staff was nice. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many items to choose from. I wish the coffee was a little stronger and would have liked half and half instead of little packets of creamer. The location was great for going into town, or catching the ferry. We will definitely stay again.”
