All was great except 2 things... 1) as good as the food was, some (not all) of the hot food tasted heated up instead of cooked, and 2) wifi in my room towards the back was consistently worse than in the lobby, making work difficult - and at times impossible - to accomplish.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. staff was great, the only issue we had was that my key cards would deactivate if they came close to any cellular device or rfid device. I think I had to get my card reprogrammed over 10 times during my stay. The hotel has a 3am -6 am cold breakfast for early risers/people with early flights, and also a substantial hot breakfast from 6-9:30, consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, pancakes, corned beef hash, etc. would highly recommend!

It was over 80 degrees in the room when I got in it at 10 pm, so it was quite a long time to get it cool enough to fall asleep. I also booked a king bed and got two doubles.

Very nice place for the price. The staff were all friendly and the room was clean and well kept. Fairly modern building and breakfast was good too. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood but it’s also only about 10 minutes from the airport and rental car facility which is a nice perk. Will stay here again on my next visit to Seattle

Location was convenient as it was close to the airport but the room’s first impression wasn’t the best. I asked front desk for a playpen they said they would double check and call me back. They never called me back. As a traveling family that really was a bummer. I wouldn’t recommend this for a family.

I have spoken with the Guest Service Manager to remind staff the importance of getting back to our guests and their requests. Really like that they picked us up from the airport and let us check in early. Also, shuttle to the mall for free. Nice pool and hot tub and game room.

The bathroom had ants in it. we had to lay down towels on the washroom floor just to use it as there were initially right when we enter the room about five spotted. The room had a lot of dust everywhere, and we actually had to go out to the grocery store and buy antibacterial spray just to spray our bed sheets and the curtains. The curtains in the rooms are partially transparent so people can see in if they look hard enough. The phones in the room do not work. You can call the front desk and you can hear them, but they cannot hear you. The rooms are very humid and musky. If you have allergies or any skin conditions like eczema, I definitely would not recommend staying here. The front desk staff was not very kind, they did not know how to greet customers and we’re not very clear while speaking, and it came across as them being annoyed at us. Definitely would not recommend for families or couples. It appears and is more like a truck stop hotel. Only thing that we enjoyed was the breakfast.

I was worried as I walked into the lobby because it smelled like smoke. But the hallways and rooms did not. The rest of the hotel was amazing. I played in the game room with my kids and went to the pool and hottub. It was great to use before our very long flight. Defiantly will go back again

The stay was decent, beds were comfy and overall it wasn't a bad stay. However, the shower would only heat to lukewarm water, and the coffee maker had grounds all over it and the table it was on when we first checked into the room. There were some hairs on the wall in the shower from the previous guests as well. Not a big deal, it just wasn't as clean as I would have liked, and some other folks would have been really unhappy with it. Nearest ice maker and restroom was out of order, but the staff was all very friendly and helpful, and the game room was lovely.

The place is clean. The beds moved with just the slightest bit of movement. This was very disruptive to me and my hubby. Our sleep was constantly interrupted. There is no overnight parking. If I would have known that I would have stayed somewhere else.

I apologize that you had trouble find a spot to park. there is parking all around the building in addition to some limited long term parking for our park and fly packages. We stayed overnight for an early flight. Staff was very nice, allowed us to choose what floor we wanted to stay on. Pool was open and clean. The hotel is near the airport and convenient but we drove past a drive by shooting at the intersection and almost changed our mind about staying. Limited food nearby, we ate at IHOP which was convenient and had good service. We had a nonsmoking room but I’m sensitive to smells and can tell people don’t always abide by this. A ozone cleaner may help in the future with ensuring a cleaner air in the room.

Thank you Brandon for staying with us. We are a 100% non smoking hotel but you are correct there are some people that believe those rules apply to everyone but themselves. We do have a smoke eater machine that helps greatly when we find a room which the guests has smoked in. I have looked up your reservation and have asked my executive housekeep to inspect and deodorize the room. Thank you for letting us know and we look forward to a return visit.
