Unwind in this chic 1BR/1BA daylight basement, a stone’s throw from Bothell downtown and only 3 minutes from I-405 and Bothell University of Washington!

Built in 2016, this modern haven blends fresh style with cozy comfort. It offers a very spacious living room with the best of convenience and charm.

There is no kitchen. You can take a break from cooking and enjoy all the amazing dining options in the area. No in-unit washer/dryer. Owner could help with laundry twice per week.

*. Noise Disclosure: The owner lives upstairs, so you may occasionally hear noise from above.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
