We appreciate the feedback and apologize for the inconvenience your family experienced. For the health and safety of our guests, our hotel has a strict no pets policy. Your family was asked to leave due to the presence of a pet that was not disclosed at check in. The property policies are listed in the registration that was signed during the check in process. Had the pet been disclosed during check in, the later incident could have been avoided. Again, we do apologize for the experience your family had at our location.

Good morning,Thank you for leaving a review.Unfortunately, we do have a 24-Hour cancellation policy.Our employees noted that you did show up for check-in and when informed that the card provided was not accepted at our location, you said that you would be back and never showed up.We did charge you as a no-show considering what was said between you and the employee. As for cancelling the fee is the price for the 1-night, therefore we will not be issuing a refund. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
