  • Step into a realm where dragons reign supreme each time your suite: an apartment room curated with a "House of Dragons" theme, nestled in the heart of Seattle's vibrant Capitol Hill, located within a purposefully designed building with laundry, rooftop and kitchen.

    Within this cozy room, a comfortable queen-sized bed awaits. A modern TV is at your disposal for enjoying your favorite series and films. A mini-fridge is provided to keep your snacks and beverages cool. Your suite is equipped with a dedicated coffee station, allowing you to brew your perfect cup each morning and start your day energized.

wasn’t expecting it to be so hostel style and bathrooms outside of the room from the listing. can definitely hear everyone else but was safe and comfortable and very clean

Very clean place, but I wish the listing were clearer about the setup. It’s more like a hostel with private rooms—the bathroom is separate from the room, with separate coded access.Sound isolation is very poor; from the 3rd floor I could hear conversations and activity from the kitchen on the 1st floor. Thankfully, I had white noise.The fire alarm also went off several times at night. When I called, I was oddly asked to record a video of it instead of being given clear guidance.Clean and well maintained, but privacy, noise, and communication could definitely be improved.

Dragon Horn Sweet Suite

This place was fine. It's set up more like a hostel. Each room seemed to have its own bathroom, but the entrance to the bathroom is outside the room itself in the hall. For all of its attempt to create a certain experience (The Dragon Suite!) it's really just a bed in a room with a couple of wall hangings. It was clean and well maintained. Everything that happens in the building can be heard throughout the building (we could hear people in kitchen on the 1st floor futzing around even though we were on the third floor). The neighborhood was great, situated between Broadway and 15th on Capitol Hill, so access to just about anything you want is readily available. And just a short walk to Volunteer Park. The parking can be tough if you have a car, as all of the parking is 2 hour around the place.

DECEPTIVE! BEWARE! First, the positives: Good location; good bed; decent shower and water pressure; fair wi-fi. Everything else: 1: Complex and confusing application process, involving several identical appearing (but different) emails that require you to click through EIGHT pages to get to relevant information, and incoming emails from multiple sources. 2: It's labeled a "suite," which, by definition, is multiple rooms. It was ONE room dominated by the bed. Our bathroom was not connected to the room, requiring us to go into a shared space in order to use the facilities. Both the bedroom and bathroom doors required entering a 6 digit code on a keypad every time. Doors would not latch without setting the electric lock, and the doors would swing open if not locked, making the whole situation awkward and inconvenient. 3: One of the photos used to promote the location clearly shows a bathroom directly off the bedroom. Since this configuration apparently only applies to a handful of the units, this seems deliberately deceptive. 4: This is a relatively minor issue, comparatively speaking, but illustrates just how needlessly complicated everything was. The television had Netflix, but it was logged in with (presumably) the owner's account, which was then passcode locked. The upshot is that we could not even sign out of their account and log in with our own. 5: Parking is problematic, forcing us to park several blocks away multiple times.
