This quiet wooded neighborhood is nine miles north of downtown Seattle, with nearby parks, trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. The Shoreline area is located just north of downtown Seattle and has over 330 acres of parks and recreation space. Cruise less than three miles to Carkeek Park and explore abundant hiking trails offering stunning views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Your home is less than a mile from the Interurban Trail, with nearly 12 miles of paved surface. Enjoy quick access to a plethora of eclectic eateries and cafes.

Sprawl out on a comfy sofa and two armchairs and enjoy a movie on the 55" TV. Unwind downstairs in the bonus living area equipped with a futon, a set of chairs, an electric fireplace, an art table, and a 42" TV. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the well-equipped kitchen. Extras include a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Sip coffee at the four-seat table in the kitchen. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
