Keyless entry allows our guests to enter at their convenience. The access code will be provided 24 hours in advance of your arrival along with instructions on how to use the door lock.

You’re just 7 miles from downtown Seattle and perfectly positioned near the University of Washington, major medical facilities, and the city’s top sporting venues. Getting around is easy, you're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes—making your commute or game day a breeze.

Before booking, please review the house rules to ensure this home meets your needs. We have a shared yard for recreation & relaxation, dogs, and children. Additional pet fees and policies apply and proof of vaccination/flea & tick protection will be required prior to stay.

Thornton Creek lower unit is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. To bring the beauty of the natural surroundings indoors, we have left the two picture windows and sliding door upstairs uncovered, allowing you to enjoy the view of the forest outside. Living in a natural environment means that we may occasionally see animals and insects. We do have bi-monthly extermination control.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.

Exterior cameras are at the front of each unit and record sound and video. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.
