Hi Theryn, I am sorry to hear that you had did not have a positive experience here at the Anderson School. Our mattresses, which were very recently replaced, are generally found to be pretty comofortable by our guests. I do apologize that it was not to your liking. In the future, please feel free to let us know if there is anything we can do to make you more comfortable throughout your stay - our front desk has 24 hour reception. In regards to the dead bugs, this is not an issue that we are aware of. Hi Jonathan, we’re glad you loved the Hotel, thanks for the feedback; with Anderson School the history focus was primarily on the recent history and the people directly involved with the former school, students, teachers and the physical building and it’s rehab. Your point is excellent though; we’ve gone deeper into history, land acknowledgement and so forth at some of our other historical locations and often will update things to reflect more rich history.
