Moderno / Stylish Studio in un affascinante quartiere di Fremont

A proposito di questo spazio: Questo è un appartamento seminterrato monolocale con cucina completa, bagno e letto queen size. Il monolocale può ospitare comodamente 2 in un letto matrimoniale, ma c'è un grande divano componibile che dormire un terzo ospite - o anche un 4 ° se qualcuno non mente curling sulla chaise salotto (e g, un ospite più piccolo..). Abbiamo un sacco di coperte e biancheria extra se avete bisogno di loro. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con stoviglie e pentolame, se si ha la voglia di improvvisare una cena. Abbiamo anche una pressa francese per le vostre esigenze di caffè. Un sacco di parcheggio in strada.

Il full size, bagno riscaldato è dotato di una grande vanità / specchio e un sacco di soffici asciugamani. Prodotti da bagno supplementari sono disponibili nel caso in cui si dimentica il go-to shampoo e lavare il corpo. Stanco di correre in giro per la città per tutto il giorno? Si prega di concedetevi un rilassante bagno di bolle!

Abbiamo una TV a schermo piatto e XBOX per ogni momento divano relax. Si ha accesso a Hulu, Netflix e Amazon Instant Video per i film / spettacoli su richiesta.

Sidenote per gli ospiti estivi: Molti posti a Seattle non hanno l'aria condizionata. Battere il caldo estivo con questa unità seminterrato - rimane più fredda l'altro lato del cuscino.

Noi viviamo al piano di sopra, ma resteremo fuori del vostro modo. Si ha accesso privato attraverso la porta laterale rosso con un codice di tastiera assegnato. Non vi è alcun tasto fisico per tenere traccia di! Il tuo codice è valido solo per la durata del vostro soggiorno e si resetta un'ora dopo il check out. Se avete bisogno di qualcosa a tutti, però, non esitate a contattarci via e-mail, il testo, o semplicemente bussare alla porta.

Come spostarsi: il sistema di autobus a Seattle è incredibile ed efficiente. L'autobus si ferma più vicino a casa nostra consentono di accedere alle linee 28 e 40 che vanno al centro e dritto verso il quartiere di Ballard. Si consiglia di scaricare l'applicazione One autobus per gli orari degli autobus. Anche noi amiamo Uber e Lyft. Con UberX, è possibile raggiungere il centro per meno di $ 12.

Great place. Easily accessible, roomy, and clean.

My girlfriend and I came to Seattle to hike some national parks and go to a concert at the Gorge. Our stay in this basement apartment was wonderful. The apartment was modern, spacious, and very clean. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Seattle.

Great place and great host. Had everything we needed and then some. Location made it super easy to walk to just about anywhere in Fremont. Reid was very accessible when needed but never saw or heard from him otherwise. Would stay again for sure if ever in town.

immaculate, cozy basement studio

As advertised, well-appointed studio, incl full kitchen (except no Dispos-all - it is a basement...), enjoyed cooking several meals. Comfy beds, full entertainment center. No bedside end tables/reading lights, but just used iPhone as flashlight. Lovely bathroom. Reid, a husky owner, was responsive - and even offered hospitality for our 2 huskies if we chose. 5 minutes from Safeway, coffee shop, 10 minutes from Seattle Art Museum, Olympic Sculpture Park, Chihuly/Space Needle/Pop Culture Museum. Just remember it is a basement - no views:-) Highly recommended for 2 people.

Awesome spot close to everything

This place was great. We didn’t have a ton of time to sight see during our stay but still managed to see some key places that the location was perfect for. We weren’t more than 10 minutes from anything that we wanted to do. My flight got in a little earlier than the check in time and Reid let us drop our bags at the place so that we weren’t carrying them for 3 hours around the city which was awesome. I would absolutely stay here again!

Cute, Chic , and Cozy

My BF and I stayed here for two nights. It was a seamless stay. The owners live upstairs but you wouldn't really know because they stay out of our way. The studio is actually a really nice size. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The bathroom is absolutely lovely and very modern. We had more towels than we needed. The bed is so comfortable (hotel-like quality) and the sitting and eating area was just perfect. My only hiccup is that I'm a very light sleeper and I could hear their foot-steps late one night as they were walking about. However, I expect that as duh, they live upstairs. Nonetheless, we had a lovely stay and would definitely go back on our next trip to Seattle.

Great stay and location!

Reid's place was just as pictured, clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We had a car and parking was right on the street. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we get back to Seattle.

Amazingly cozy spot in the heart of Fremont!

First things first, I am a huge hotel snob! I love getting away to upscale locations and this place did not disappoint!! We were tired of th same old downtown Seattle "stay cations" and wanted to venture into a neighborhood that we've always loved but have never gotten the opportunity to stay in the heart of. A perfect find and right where we wanted to be! The bed was comfy, finishings were detailed and upscale, and the overall studio was immaculate! I can't recommend Reid and his property enough and thank him for his attentiveness mixed with the perfect amount of side door studio privacy. Thanks to this great studio I came home and ordered pillows and a comforter to match for our guest quarters.

Better than a Hotel!

We stayed here for 3 nights in July, perfect for a couple. Nicely updated accommodations with the comforts of home. Looks exactly like the photos, very clean with plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It is in a great location, only a few blocks from downtown Fremont with plenty of restaurants, bars, stores and a quick drive to downtown Seattle. Reid was great with communications and we did not have any issues during out stay. Our only recommendation would be a new mattress and some fluffier pillows.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

I absolutely loved this studio! I am a clean freak/germaphobe and always spend the first half hour cleaning any room I stay in; I am thrilled that I did not feel the need to here. This apartment is exactly as pictured and is conveniently located to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. I really appreciated the restaurant recommendations provided by Reid. He does an amazing job of stocking everything you may need while visiting. The French Press broke and within 24 hours, another one was provided to me. The only recommendation I have is to provide fluffier/thicker, newer pillows. Other than that, I would happily stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent!

Perfect location. Close walk to shopping and dining. Owner was respectful, quiet and very quick to reply to every question. Property was spotless, comfy and very modern. If / when we return to Seattle, we'll be sure to stay here again.

Neat, clean, modern, spacious for 2-3. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Nice kitchen area.

Reid very timely with communication. Location of studio was perfect for us since our daughter lives in Fremont. Close to great breweries and restaurants altho dining "in" is also a good option because of great kitchen. Loved having washer and dryer too. Easy access to city of Seattle via buses which are very timely even in rush hour.

Short stay in Seattle

We had a great time in Seattle and enjoyed our stay at this studio. Perfect location in the Fremont/Ballard area. Was able to get just about anywhere we wanted to go in about 10-15 minutes. Also, very easy street parking. Bed was very comfortable. Plus, communication with Reid was very easy. Thanks for such a great experience!

Really nice place

This is a really nice place to stay at, it has everything you would possibly need, its clean, modern and is in a good location, also the guy that owns it is the nicest!
