The entire lower level unit (Unit B) is included in this listing. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. The upper level unit upper level is not included. The backyard belong to this listing (Feel free to use!). The front porch is belonging to our upper unit guests.

-Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for children, please don't leave them unsupervised.

- Regular rate is for 4 guests, additional guests are $25/person/night up to a maximum of 5 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
