The upper level forms the social heart of the home, where a spacious living area captures rolling valley views and glimpses towards the coastline. The fully equipped kitchen features quality appliances, a Nespresso machine and generous preparation space, while the light-filled dining area sets the scene for long meals and easy conversation. Downstairs, a second living area provides additional space to unwind, complete with comfortable seating, a TV, a foosball table, books and board games. Ideal for multi-generational families and groups, it provides a separate retreat for movie nights or friendly competition.

Outdoor living takes centre stage on the expansive covered deck, where sweeping valley and coastal views provide a stunning backdrop for entertaining. With lounge seating, outdoor dining and a premium gas BBQ, it's a space designed for gathering and making the most of the surrounding landscape. Beyond the deck, the private front yard features a bocce court, open lawn and a fire pit for serene evenings beneath the stars, while an outdoor shower offers a refreshing finish to beach days and coastal adventures.

Accommodation is thoughtfully arranged across two levels. Upstairs, the Horizon Suite offers a peaceful retreat complete with a king bed, deck access, a private TV and an ensuite. The remaining bedrooms are positioned on the ground floor, where Driftwood, The Valley and Salt Air each feature a queen bed, while Sea Glass is furnished with two king-single beds, making it ideal for children or friends. A full bathroom services the lower level, while a powder room is located upstairs.

Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, private laundry facilities and driveway parking for three vehicles ensure a seamless stay.

Winter reveals a quieter side of Second Valley, where changing skies, rolling seas and dramatic coastal scenery create an ever-changing outlook. During your stay, you and your group will have access to the entire house and designated outdoor areas. However, the rear section of the property is not accessible to guests. Please make yourselves at home!

Just 17 minutes away, Deep Creek National Park is renowned for its sweeping coastal views, abundant wildlife and rewarding walking trails. Nearby Rapid Bay is home to the famous Rapid Bay Cave, a favourite destination for snorkelling, diving and coastal exploration.

A 16-minute drive brings you to Normanville's cafés, bakeries, restaurants and boutiques, while nearby wineries, cellar doors and Links Lady Bay Golf Course provide plenty of options for leisurely afternoons.
