La pulizia è eccellente. La struttura si trova all'interno di un area commerciale (al secondo piano si può accedere direttamente al centro commerciale) protetta dal caos della città. Si trova piuttosto vicino al centro di Nuova Delhi e anche alla parte vecchia della città che sono raggiungibili in una mezzora-quaranta...

“It was so lovely to stay again in New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven. My last stay was in 2019 and was so good that I made sure I was booked in for my latest stay in Delhi. The staff were so helpful and friendly and were happy to arrange reasonably priced transportation to and from the airport. They also helped us with sight seeing transport. “Pros: The in hotel restaurant was good, clean, anf cheap. The rooms were clean and the staff incredibly friendly. Incredibly easy to book transport. Cons: cant order food to your room from outside sources. Outside can be loud (but thats everywhere in the city, not the fault of the hotel.) Cant have friends or guests inside the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. ”

“Personale molto disponibile e cortese, sempre a disposizione 24/24 per qualsiasi informazione e necessità. Stanze antiquate, alcune non sono vivibili, con acqua calda disponibile solo in certi orari la mattina. Inizialmente ci era stata assegnata una camera doppia molto piccola (aprendo le valigie si faceva fatica a spostarsi per la stanza) con letto matrimoniale, ventilatore a soffitto che andava a tutta velocità (non regolabile) e faceva un rumore infernale.
