“i booked a room for one night through expedia. As soon as the booking was made, i realized the date was one day prior to when i needed it. Made for 4.6-4.7 but needed it for 4.7-4.8. i immediately reached out to the hotel to cancel/adjust, but they pointed me to expedia. They reached out to the hotel who said that i would be billed anyway and couldn't be cancelled. this was 10 days in advance of reservation. i continued to press and was told by Expedia that it was the hotel that would not...

“There was no water in the bathroom sink. I had to use the shower to get water that was cold. Had to run a good 10 mins for water to get hot. It was one pilow that was s flat as pancake. Breakfast was pre-packaged sandwiches and flat. I only stayed one night”

“When you check in prepare to devote at least an hour to that process due to incompetence of the staff. ALSO, WHEN THEY TAKE YOUR "DEPOSIT" PREPARE FOR THAT CHARGE TO STAY AGAINST YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 5 BUSINESS DAYS. So don't count the weekend. “The room had never been cleaned. Dirty sheets piled on the bed and trash on the floor. I tried to get a refund and because it was booked through Expedia, they would not give me a refund and Expedia couldn’t help either. So do yourself a favor and stay away.”

“It is just a motel to spend the night. Expect car engine noise very late and very early. The price was good and honestly I cannot complain about cleanliness, but it is an old place. There are no amenities. Nothing for kids to do. Breakfast is basically waffles.”
