“This property was perfect for our family of five! Comfortable beds and everything was very neat and clean. Would not hesitate to book this place again! It was so helpful to have laundry detergent provided, as well as things like ziplock baggies. It's the little details that makes places so nice to stay in! The only thing to add would be an electric water kettle for the tea drinkers. ”

“My 84 year old father and I had a delightful stay in this beautifully modern and extremely clean apartment. Great proximity to other family staying in Somesville, at Mt Desert Campground - and in Manset. The ride into Bar Harbor etc is not far at all. Kira was so accomodating but at the same time respected our privacy. The grounds are gorgeous and the approach to the house is wonderfully 'Maine'.Definitely looking to rebook for next year! ”

“This property was the perfect place for our short trip to Maine. An easy 20-minute drive to Bar Harbor and even closer to Acadia. Eric is an excellent host, and we appreciated his suggestions about hikes, restaurants, and local attractions. “We had a lovely stay in this beautiful place. The kitchen was well-stocked and had the space and all the tools we needed to cook our meals. The location is perfect, on the quiet side of the island but across the street from a pebble beach and only a half mile to the cute town of Southwest Harbor, with a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, art galleries, gift shops and a bakery. It’s an easy drive to some amazing hikes. Perfect for a couple’s getaway!”

“The included breakfast was so good and highly recommended. There was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work. Also, not sure if it was us, but we couldn’t get the door to lock. However, for the location, cleanliness. We would stay here again. I might recommend a bigger refrigerator since we did have leftovers and they didn’t always fit in the fridge. ”
