Kitchen appliances include a blender, crockpot, coffee maker, griddle, stove, cooktop, and microwave. Reverse osmosis ensures excellent drinking water and fresh ice. The kitchen is also well-stocked with various spices and coffee selections.

The property is conveniently located, with trails a seven-minute walk away and the Stupa just a five-minute journey. There are also plenty of children's games, books, and outdoor toys, as well as a large backyard. Guests have previously enjoyed views of Chimney Rock from the front of the house and Thunder Mountain from the Adirondack chairs and fire pit.
