La Sedona Dream Estate è stata completamente rinnovata ed è un vero sogno! La casa è stata decorata professionalmente e nessun dettaglio è stato perso. Troverai splendide finiture e arte locale per dare un vero senso di Sedona. Si trova a Uptown Sedona ed è a pochi passi da caffetterie, ristoranti e bar e molti negozi, pur essendo situato su un anello privato con vista sulle rocce rosse di Sedona in tutte le direzioni.

La casa offre un ampio 3.520 piedi quadrati, cinque camere da letto, quattro bagni e mezzo e un sacco di spazio per ospitare gruppi più grandi di un massimo di 22 ospiti.

Entrerai nella casa al piano superiore attraverso una delle due porte e sarai accolto da una grande sala a concetto aperto che ospita il soggiorno, la zona pranzo e la cucina, il tutto con pavimenti di fascia alta in tutto.

Soggiorno
Il soggiorno ha alti soffitti a volta per dare una sensazione aperta. Troverai arredi moderni, tra cui un grande divano componibile, un camino a gas in pietra impilata con perline di vetro e Smart TV HD da 75 ", lettore DVD, Apple TV e Sonos. Più finestre portano la luce naturale, accompagnata dalle viste di roccia rossa. Ci sono due porte di uscita che conducono a due grandi ponti superiori e un ponte di livello intermedio che si affacciano sulle rocce rosse.

Cucina
La cucina è stata completamente rinnovata e completamente fornita e comprende nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui un piano cottura elettrico e doppi forni, banconi in granito e posti a sedere nel comodo bar della cucina. Gli elettrodomestici da cucina includono anche un fornello di riso.

Zona pranzo
La grande sala da pranzo è spaziosa e offre posti a sedere per quattordici. Posti a sedere aggiuntivi per cinque al bar della cucina, così come cene all'aperto per dodici. C'è anche una scrivania in questo spazio per coloro che potrebbe essere necessario recuperare un po 'di lavoro.

Camera da letto 5 / casita collegata - Questo spazio recentemente rinnovato si trova accanto al garage e ha un ingresso privato dalla parte anteriore della casa. Dispone di un lussuoso letto king size, Smart TV / DVD HD da 55 ", sedie da tavolo alte e angolo cottura con mini frigorifero, piastra elettrica, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, attrezzatura / utensili. Il bagno completo ha combo doccia / vasca. Spazio perfetto per allontanarsi dal gruppo o per coloro che necessitano di accesso al livello del suolo.

Aree all'aperto
Gli spazi esterni che circondano la casa sono davvero geniali! Tutti con viste mozzafiato, troverete numerosi balconi e un'abbondanza di giardini e paesaggi locali. Nella parte anteriore della casa c'è un tranquillo gioco d'acqua fatto con rocce turchesi, due spazi Zen / yoga, un putting green, percorsi pedonali, un'area di chipping in un putting green, delimitata da alberi maturi. C'è anche una doccia esterna privata con soffione a pioggia e acqua calda istantanea. Mentre sei nel cortile sul retro, troverai un'altra area per giocare a green e chipping, un campo da bocce, un tavolo da ping pong, una scacchiera a grandezza naturale (sì a grandezza naturale!), un'altra area yoga / meditazione e una griglia per barbecue all'aperto. The ladies of my work team enjoyed our annual retreat at Sedona Dream Estate. The house is located in close enough proximity to local shops and dining to walk, yet secluded enough to enjoy the serenity Sedona is known for. We enjoyed a short walk to the neighboring vrbo properties that housed our colleagues, making meetings a breeze. Situated in a community of residents, the neighborhood is pleasant and well kept. Most importantly the house was clean, attractive and provided amenities to ensure comfort . This home offers enough space for privacy while still allowing for comfortable gathering space. Highly recommend!

We had a nice stay in Sedona. It was a last minute booking and we didn't have a lot of choices so we ended up with something much larger than we needed. The property was nice and as advertised. My only complaint is the lighting outside was almost non-existent. I couldn't get the porch light to turn on. It was very dark coming up the stairs at night or trying to go out to the hot tub. Also, I would suggest turning the cover of the hut tub so when it's open it blocks the neighboring house as opposed to the lovely view of the mountains. Gorgeous view of the stars at night.

Our family spent our first-ever offsite Christmas gathering in Sedona, and absolutely loved this property. The entire family commented throughout our stay about the magnificient views, well-stocked kitchen, big spaces to lounge around, comfortable beds, and fun things to do like the fire pit, hot tub, and putting greens. Would highly recommend this place and thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We loved staying here - the views were amazing from the entire front side of the house. Kids could head out the front door and enjoy the yard games. House was well appointed with all needed items. We could walk to town for dinner, though it is hilly on the way back.

We rented this cute place for a little family reunion weekend and it did not disappoint! You can get a nice walk in to the restaurants/shops, or hop in your car for a minute or two drive. We enjoyed the amazing views from inside the house and also while in the hot tub after our morning hikes. The ease of check in and check-out was very much appreciated and we would definitely rent again!

Beautiful property, amazing beds, very clean. We were impressed with how quiet it was being that close to uptown. We had 8 ladies total for a relaxing girls trip and everyone had plenty of space to be alone or join together. We had an issue with my car battery the morning we were checking out and the cleaners went and got a jumper cable from their house just up the street. That was very kind and so much appreciated! Thank you.

Beautiful home so close to downtown Sedona! Loved the view from the house. The deck with the fireplace and hot tub were perfect! Overall great for a large group. For a group of women, the bunk beds were less than ideal. We were often hot sleeping and could not control the thermostat to cool down. There were plenty of towels and dishes and overall the experience was positive.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We had 9 ladies, and the layout was perfect for our group. We didn't realize the casita didn't have an entrance from inside the house, so two of the ladies had to go outside the house in order to access their bed, but it wasn't a hassle. We also wish the bedroom with two queen beds had an en suite bathroom, but we were able to share the bathroom down the hall with the second master bedroom just fine. Overall, this was such a wonderful retreat in the perfect location of Sedona! We loved it and would absolutely visit again!

This home was perfect for our family trip. Its location gave easy access to the city while feeling like you were away from it all. The views from our front porch were surreal! My nephews and nieces said it was like we were in the Cars movie. The home had a large and spacious kitchen with plenty of seating. We came with 10 adults and 6 kids. The house was clean, fresh, and comfortable!

The location and view are wonderful. Everything is well stocked except I believe they forgot the kitchen garbage bags, we did not find any replacements - we had to go and buy our own. The first night we were there, some kind of flies , I don’t know the name were all over the house outside and inside . One of my family member said maybe because it rained earlier that day and those flies only appear at night , but it was bothersome because there were a lot of them and they stick to your clothes, skin , table, counter, sofa and everywhere . The home have a magnificent view of the red rocks from the dining area, living room, deck and most of all the main bedroom , it was an amazing view that you would not mind staying home all day ! The teens and kids loved the giant chess board on the backyard . We enjoyed the crystal fire thing on the main bedroom deck (sorry I don’t know the name of it) and we made smores and everyone loved it ! The adults also had a wonderful experience using the hot tub - it helped my arthritis feel better too ! Overall we all had a wonderful time at the property ! And before our stay I had a lot of questions and they answered them in a timely manner . I highly recommend this property to everyone !!!

We had a wonderful time! The view is amazing. The house is the best stocked house I’ve ever been in. There is nothing in the kitchen that was not there. We enjoy playing chess, sitting by the fire pit having s’mores, dinner out on the porch watching the sunset. It was all amazing. We highly recommend this house.

Great location and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The home is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and feeding groups. The games and amenities offered at the home are next level; perfect for kids! The nightly rate is fair, but the additional charges and service fees are excessive. For example, the “concierge service,” which was a required additional fee, was not helpful.

Bedrooms were roomy and showers were really nice. Just a warning that nothing comes stocked, so you’ll need to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, all items to cook and bake with, etc. I would also advise bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as even though they’re provided, they don’t suds up and I didn’t feel clean.
