This place was definitely nice. Couple problems I would say was we use the hot tub once and it was nice but the next day the water smell like swamp water also every night I would wake up or go to bed. Either way there would happen to be a giant spider around like at least 3 inches.

Our family chose Starry Peaks as a week-long homebase for visits to Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. The deck was very comfortable for my wife and MIL to meditate in the mornings. My son and I enjoyed the fire table on the deck in the evenings - there's plenty of seating for large families and a wonderful view with lots of fresh air. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms large and pleasant. All rooms have ceiling fans and this was the first time we had seen light tubes in ceilings. Internet service tested (Okta Speedtest) from my phone and laptop at over 300 Mbps. Our son's Nintendo Switch was easily connected to the TV in the sofa space next to the kitchen with an HDMI cable we brought. The kitchen is fully outfitted with a great Sub-zero fridge Monogram gas cooktop, and wine and beverage fridges. We greatly appreciated that both coffee and a bottle of wine were waiting for us on arrival (whew). The Keurig coffee maker also has reuseable K-cups so you can use whatever coffee you prefer. A concierge service gets the the trash and recycling cans up and down the driveway for you which was a big relief.A couple of minor suggestions for the owners that would add even more appeal - 1) cornhole or similar games would be nice, especially since the garage is huge and totally available; and 2) added dish towels for the kitchen. We used a couple small towels from one of the bathrooms. Special thanks to Jared for the responsiveness.

Beautiful house, peaceful, secluded and well stocked. We enjoyed the many areas to sit and enjoy the views with our coffee or wine. Jared was always quick to respond. Perfect family retreat.

Overall the location and the house were great! We loved the view and the area. Jared was very responsive when we had issues locating the lockbox and front door - pictures or better instructions would have been helpful. He also had sand sent over for the shuffleboard table in a very timely manner. The house is beautiful and matched the photos perfectly. The primary closet is locked so there was nowhere to hang clothes and no wardrobe in the bedroom. It would have been nice to have a place to hang clothes and also towel hooks in the primary bathroom. The coffee bar amenities were a nice touch!

This property exceeded our expectations! The location was central to everything we had planned. The views were stunning! The house was equipped with everything you need and more and was super clean. Jared was quick to reply with any questions we had. Would recommend this home to friends and family and would surely return! 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at Starry Peaks. It was the perfect location and offered all the amenities we needed. The home was very clean and Jared was super response to any message. House was large enough to accommodate 5 of us and have a dinner for 15 family members with ease.

The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The views are spectacular and the location allowed us access to several outings in the area and the Grand Canyon. The host was incredibly responsive and we have already shared the link with several friends and family members. We will definitely plan to stay here again if we get to return next week. You will not regret this house and property as it allows you to be totally immersed in the local experience. Close to everything Sedona has to offer and a trip to the Grand Canyon through a beautiful valley and stunning views of the red rocks.
