Rinnovata di recente nel 2018, questa struttura trasuda completa eleganza dentro e fuori. La casa offre un ampio spazio abitativo su più livelli di 1.900 piedi quadrati, con tre camere da letto e due bagni per ospitare fino a sei persone nel lusso. Il tuo animale domestico di famiglia può unirsi a te, poiché questa proprietà consente a un cane ben addestrato (è richiesto un supplemento per animali domestici non rimborsabile di $ 300 e previa approvazione).

Quando entri in casa, ti troverai nello splendido spazio abitativo principale situato al secondo livello. Questa grande sala offre il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo e la cucina, tutte con pavimenti in legno.

Soggiorno: sedersi e rilassarsi nell'arredamento accogliente e invitante, godersi uno spettacolo preferito sulla Smart TV. Esci sul ponte con tutte le funzionalità esterne che desideri: una griglia per barbecue e un tavolo da pranzo, insieme a una vasca idromassaggio privata completa di asciugamani spa per lenire le preoccupazioni.

Cucina: la cucina è stata ristrutturata e dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui un piano cottura elettrico. C'è anche un bar da cucina per due persone.

We loved this magical little home and property. Everyone especially appreciated its positive energy, the hot tub, wildlife (a coyote & two deer), the views and location. I mention the following not to be critical, simply a few things you may want to consider addressing to make this location even better: - remove the photo online that shows the fire pit area. We were looking forward to having evening fires so we’re disappointed when we discovered it wasn’t there. - the flooring at the entrance to the two back bedrooms is missing strips of wood - the oven door does not close completely Thank you!

So glad we chose this house to stay. It had everything we needed : space, views, hot tub, and fully stocked kitchen with a grill. Definitely recommend staying here!

This property is fine for a family stay. The decor is quirky and the furniture is dated & passé. The kitchen has no ventilation; the dryer is also not vented and thus marginally effective. The coffee maker no longer works and had a replacement carafe that didn’t fit. The BBQ was good & the decks delightful.

Great house with everything possibly needed for a family vacation. House has a gourmet kitchen with enough cooking equipment to make anything your heart desires. Beautiful views, immaculately clean, and within a 5 minute drive to everything.

This property was beautiful and so relaxing . The location is great and close to everything and most of the hiking trails . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us . I would definitely stay here again. One thing I want to comment on was the management . The washing machine had a sign on it that was out of order and we called them as soon as we checked in to get an update on when will it be fixed and they kept telling us they will call us and no one followed back with us We had to call Every day and finally after 3 days they fixed it but they still had the note on it that it was still out of order so we had to call them again and then they said the washing machine was fixed but know one told us . That was the only problem we had. The house is definitely beautiful and my favorite part of the house was the area where we watch the birds while we feed them so relaxing . Thank you !

The property and overall location was great. Restaurants and Grocery stores nearby. Beautiful deck, but could not see where to turn on and off the deck lights resulting in eating in the dark. The outside BBQ Grill needed a serious clean before we could use it and looks like it’s in need of some replacement parts based on condition, nevertheless we had a great BBQ evening on the deck. The Master Bed was a Queen which meant it was cramped and the dishwasher did not seem to clean the dishes leaving a residue behind necessitating the need to do a manual wash too. Despite the challenges a good time was had by all and I only include them as an itinerary of things to follow up on by the management company or owner. Lovely property.

House was spotless upon arrival. Views were amazing, everything about the interior and exterior had really been taking care of. You can tell that there is a lot of owner-pride in this home! It was the perfect get-away!

We had a great time in this Zen hidden gem in Sedona! This time away allowed us to escape the Phoenix heat. We can wait to plan our next trip! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This was a great stay for our family of 3 plus a hound dog. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and then some. We cooked each night amid the Covid-19 shutdown. The bed was very comfy. We also appreciated the fenced-in area in the back for letting our dog out for bathroom breaks. The washing machine door was a bit tricky to close without forcing it, maintenance was over in less than an hour to help. The spa was clean and so perfect after each day of hiking beautiful Sedona.

The house was great and the furnishings were excellent. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The location was just right. Close enough to town but far out enough to give you privacy. I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay! The deck is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, with views of red rocks as you relax in the hot tub. The house located in a quiet neighborhood away from tourist bustle but is still close enough to trailheads and restaurants, which was perfect for us.
