Hotel economici a Seeduwa - Katunayake

“No breakfast was served The host staff was not warm and at times rough Could be better welcoming and accommodating”

“Perfect hotel”

“We checked in very late but the groom was not fully prepared for our arrival. There was no towels, there was dust everywhere and bedsheets have probably not been changed from previous guests, since there were hair and dirt.when we asked for the towels, the staff provided us with a used towel taken from the pool area. And when we notice that, we asked for a new one but we never got it. Breakfast was ok but the tables have not been cleaned before us and we did by ourselves. That’s a pity because...

“Below avg. no tv. While checking in they promised and I have paid for breakfast. But not provided. ”

“This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness”

“Very noisy air conditioner Shower terrible No water in the room Over all would not recommend ”

“The room initially smelt of dettol disinfectant. There was no fridge. It was convenient to the airport. The room was adequate. The staff were helpful in lending us an electronic mosquito repellent for the mosquitoes we let in by leaving the door to the pool open. The pool was welcome and very convenient to our room.”

“Had misunderstanding at the same time we did not have privacy as it was mentioned for this booking. Had the share the unit with multiple family. Later the manager tried to help but not good enough.”
