Our host was very welcoming. The house was in a perfect location (our grandchildren enjoyed the playground just down the neighborhood walkway) and large enough for our family to gather together. We could have used a larger kitchen table or folding table with a few more kitchen or folding chairs. Our daughter who lives locally brought over their folding table for more room for eating and playing games. Thanks for having a few games available.

Our family had a great stay. House is very clean, great backyard. Owner is great at getting back with answers before booking. Lots of room for a family. Great use of space. The community is very nice. Neighbors are kind. There are kids so your children would have someone to play with. Huge walk in shower in master.

We were in Seguin recently for my MIL’s funeral. The owner was extremely supportive of our needs during a difficult time. The house was spotless. Clean, comfortable furniture and plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. We especially appreciated the coffee set-up since we didn’t have time or energy to bring such details with us.The backyard was perfect and clean for our little dog.Travelers can rent with complete confidence!

Graduation Family Reunion

This property was exactly what we needed for us and our large dogs. Our family was in Seguin for 5 days for a family graduation and it was so nice to be in a central location to both New Braunfels and Seguin and all the fun things we wanted to do. While also in addition to the school's ceremony and even a visit to church. Will definitely stay here again for being a pet friendly and clean stay.

Beautiful home!

We were visiting family in Seguin for a college graduation. This was a perfect location! It's at the end of a cul-de-sac that has beautiful country views. The house was beautiful, spacious, very clean and well maintained. There were six of us in the house and we had plenty of room. Our kids loved the bunk beds! We highly recommend this house if you need to stay in Seguin!

Proud Grand Father

Every thing was excellent. House was in a good location and close to everything that we needed. We traveled from Alabama to visit the new Grand Son, and we could have not asked for anything better.

Beautiful home!

We traveled to Seguin for a graduation at TLU. This home is exactly what we needed for our family of 6. It was spacious and close to restaurants in Seguin & New Braunfels. It’s in a great neighborhood with a playground within walking distance. Great host & great home!! We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

Amazing vacation property

Upon arrival this house exceeded my expectations. Very well kept a extremely nice. Then entering the inside I was blown away by the set up and cleanliness. I would recommend this place to anyone and when I return I’ll most definitely try to book this place again and pray it’s available.
