Bayside Resort renovated 4 bed, 3.5 bath, across from Sun Ridge pool! Sleeps 10

Experience the ultimate luxury in this newly renovated 4 bed, 3.5 bath home located just steps away from the Sun Ridge pool, tennis, pickle ball and playground at Bayside. Enjoy a very clean living space and modern amenities in the heart of this vibrant community.

New master bath with walk-in tiled shower! All new paint and flooring throughout! New kitchen appliances and newly furnished! Beds (including trundle) for 10 ppl.

This townhome is at a perfect location. From one of the two front porches, you can relax on the comfortable furnishings while watching the pickle ball and tennis across the street. Looking out the windows to the rear of the home is a wildlife oasis. Deer and turkeys are often seen in that area!

Please note our linen information:
Pillows, with encasements, comforters, and mattress encasements are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are NOT included. For your convenience, you may rent linens locally via Gale Force Rentals by calling 800-321-1592. Linens will be delivered to the home. You may also choose to bring linens and towels from home.

Bayside Amenities Passes -

The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additional fee from your lodging reservation.
The passes are optional and include admission to indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, tennis/ pickle ball courts, fitness center and kayaks & stand up paddle boards.

Children, 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass, will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

Amenities Pass Pricing ages 5 yrs and older (From Jan 1 - May 12 and from Sep 25 - Dec 31)
3-day pass: $40 per person
Weekly Pass: $65 per person

Amenities Pass Pricing (From May 13 - Sep 24)
3-day pass: $65 per person
Weekly pass: $115 per person

Pass order information shall be given to the host and paid for at least 21 days prior to your stay.

This trip was everything my family wanted and needed. The communication between myself and the owner was great throughout the stay, and we are looking forward to coming back again. House was perfect. Nice being directly across from the pool. Have been staying in bayside for many years, in different style homes and this was perfect for our group. Natalie was great to deal with. Very responsive throughout the whole booking.

Attentive Owners

We had a couple of small hiccups that were not the fault of the owner. One AC was out and they worked diligently to get it fixed and offered a discount for the inconvenience. The owner went above and beyond to help us and communicated promptly. The second issue was my own oversight, in not reading that linens were not provided. However, again the owner went above and beyond to help! The issues could have occurred with any property, but many owners might not be as active in trying to help us resolve them. Thank you for being so helpful! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

The property was clean and perfectly decorated. The community itself was safe and beautiful. Kids were welcomed and everyone we encountered, staff or guests, were kind and helpful and friendly. The pools are great and we enjoyed the pool bar as well! There was a lot to do locally, the property is located right in the middle of a choice of beautiful beaches! There are many cool places to eat and lots of shopping to be done. We do not have one complaint about our stay...except maybe that the guest passes are kind of expensive. We traveled with 6 kids, and it got pretty pricey! That is of no fault of our host, it is community policy.

Beautiful townhome and Community

We stayed here for a weekend and the townhome is beautifully decorated, very clean and close to many of the great amenities in the community. Pickleball, tennis, basketball, pool and playground are literally a few steps away. The owner was very nice to communicate with and responded quickly to all my questions. We are looking forward to another trip.
