NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME (less than 2 years old) - 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with 2 family rooms- (1 up and 1 down), in the award winning community of Bayside. This home is perfectly located near the Bayside Community Center which features and indoor pool, workout facility, spa, sauna and more. Interior features hardwood floors, granite kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances, instant hot water heater, are just some of the features of this beautiful home. Downstairs master bedroom has a King bed, 3 upstairs bedrooms have BR1 - twin, BR2 - king with twin and BR3- queen. Upstairs family room has a full pull out sofa (Full). Enjoy quiet evening’s on the large outdoor patio featuring a propane fireplace.

Amazing stay!

The house is simply beautiful and had everything we needed. My In-laws had the downstairs bedroom and en-suite bathroom which was perfect so they didn't need to use the stairs. 3 bedrooms upstairs for the rest of us. Great access to food/restaurants right nearby (highly recommend Luna's Cactus Cafe and Surf's Edge deli) Bayside is beautiful community and lovely for little walks. Would def stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect location

Our group just finished up a wonderful week In Bayside at this beautiful property Came with everything you need & many you didn’t realize you needed 😊. Close to all facilities & even able to enjoy the music wafting from the Freeman Center concerts. Host was quickly responsive to the couple of questions we had. Hope it’s available gif our group again next year.

Perfect family spot!

We booked Wayne's house for an extended family getaway and had an amazing time! The house was a quick 10 minute drive to Fenwick Beach State Park and also close to Ocean City, MD and other DE beaches. It was super convenient that the towels and linens were provided. My mom loved using the community pool. Everything in the house was clean and our check in process was very easy. There was ample parking too which was a huge plus. We loved the outdoor space in the evenings too with the fire table. You were close enough to hear the concerts community center while sitting outside but didn't hear them inside to disrupt kids trying to sleep. We loved staying there and hope to be back again!

Centrally located, wonderful accommodations!

Stayed with family of all ages for a summer trip. Property was perfect in size, layout, and had extensive amenities provided. It had all of the extras you could ask for in the kitchen, outside spaces, and location. Walking distance for kids to pool/playground/courts. Side/back patio with chairs and fire pit for relaxing outside, as well as a walking path throughout the complex. Homeowner was extremely receptive to all questions and replied quickly and thoroughly if needed. Gorgeous decor, and comfortable bedding and towels provided. We plan on returning. Having this property within the Bayside complex gives to access to all DE has to offer. Just a reminder the pool passes are additional and the fee is set by Bayside, we paid for 3 days but 7 seems a little pricey! Thanks again for hosting us Wayne! We made plenty of memories. We will be returning to your beautiful home!

The property was just as advertised, the pictures do not do the place any justice!

The property was very clean, and spacious for our group of 8. The grill and fire pit were very nice bonuses. Within 20 minutes of seacrets in ocean city. Overall great stay!

This home was wonderful for two families. The location is excellent and the home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the necessities. Wayne was incredibly responsive and very helpful before and during our stay. We'll be back!

Beautiful home in great location

This home was the best rental we have ever stayed in. Very clean and great location in Bayside. Easy check-in and great communication with the owner. Linens and towels included was a plus. The home had everything we needed for our trip!

Amazing location, everything you could want in a vacation rental!

My family (spouse, kids, in-laws and siblings) stayed at Wayne’s property for four nights and had an amazing experience. Wayne was incredibly helpful and responsive. The community has everything you could need (for a modest fee). Pools, tennis courts, gyms, playground, kayaks, standup paddle boards, aquatics center… and we event enjoyed some live music! The home itself is state of the art and was very comfortable for our party of 9. Close to beaches and Ocean City boardwalk. We’re already talking about a return trip!
