    Built in 2019, this home is located in Bayside's newest section. This two-story townhome showcases a spacious open floor plan. Featuring gorgeous furniture and upgrades throughout, this resort retreat's ground floor includes a living room, a dining area, a luxury kitchen with a gas stove and a double oven. The second floor offers the loft. Great spaces continue outdoors with this coastal getaway's oversized paved patio featuring a gas fire pit. You'll love the home's central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, five TVs, keyless entry lock, gas fireplace, gas grill, and free WiFi. This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities that include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, three outdoor pools, a splash zone, on-site snack & tropical bars, a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, stocked ponds, a community pier, and seasonal kayaking. WHAT’S NEARBY Get a little early morning exercise on the lush green fairways of Bayside Resort Golf Club, just a mile away. You'll have plenty of wildlife to enjoy with nature walks at places like Greys Creek Nature Park and Assawoman Wildlife Area. Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Fantastic Location

The home is nicely furnished with a relaxing, calming beachy feel. The grounds and community are impeccably maintained. We found the area to be conveniently located to beaches and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home and community for a late season vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach house! It was well stocked and near amenities! We will definitely stay here again! We also appreciated it being dog friendly. Thank you for a wonderful place in a nice community! Also appreciated the prompt response to all our questions!

Amazing thanksgiving weekend

The home was perfect for our family to celebrate thanksgiving which includes grandparents, kids and dogs. We were able to cook amazing meals with such a well stocked kitchen that had everything you can imagine. Also the Fact the home was so close to beaches and other amenities made it a wonderful time had by all.

Functional and Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! Loved the gas outdoor firepit & access to bikes (for kids), gates (for dogs) and even a dart board to pass the time. Kitchen stocked nicely too. We will be back again.

We stay in this pet friendly rental often when in Selbyville DE. Thankfully the rental was cleaned at check in! Only a few minor issues that were relayed to the management company. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed. We were able to use the indoor pool. We definitely will rent again.

Beautiful home! Dog friendly!

We always love staying in the Bayside Community & this home was perfect for us. Access to the amenities but not in the thick of the community. Love that the home is pet friendly! Beautiful interior, everything you need to enjoy a weekend or longer. Will definitely rent this property again.

House was lovely for family and pet. Good kitchen equipment and comfortable beds. But far away from resort amenities. And scant supplies like soap/shampoo, TP, absorbent towels, etc. The beds are very high, so may be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

We had a great time and highly recommend! The home was well cared for, fully stocked with what we needed and incredibly comfortable! The community is gorgeous and we really enjoyed the amenities. The beach is an easy, quick drive. We will be back! Thank you to the owners for sharing their home!

Go to Beach House

We rent this house every time we stay in Bayside. It’s pet friendly, well stocked, close to amenities, close to grocery store, comfortable furniture in living room and a very nice community! We definitely will be back in 2025! Thank you for a wonderful week!

House is very lovely with everything you need. About 7 mins drive to OCMD Beaches. Love that they accepted 2 dogs too. Just wish pool was included and didn’t have to pay extra for use.

Spring Break Stay

We stayed here during our spring break and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for my entire family (4 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs). We all got comfortably and the outdoor patio was beautiful. We were able to grill multiple nights and sit around the fire pit. This home has everything we needed to cook everyday and many many blankets to keep us warm. We will see definitely return for another stay at this home.

Spacious and Well-Appointed

We had a great time staying at this large and comfortable duplex. There are many TV's that have both cable and streaming capability. The appliances are new and impressive. It is in close proximity to the grocery store and many restaurants, as well as beautiful beaches. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed the use of the Bayside gym and indoor pool, which we paid for in advance, but for us they were definitely worth it. I certainly recommend this location to others!

Overall, great property. Well kept and clean. Plenty of amenities to get keep your family entertained, such as board games and cable throughout the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, including small appliances (e.g. toaster, mixer, even a standing mixer!). Definitely keeping this property in mind for a future booking.

Pretty house

The house is quite nice, pretty decor, clean, well stocked and comfortable for a family and dog. It is far away from the resort's amenities for which we paid extra but didn't use. The property is managed by a third party that does the bare minimum. Towels stored still in their plastic from the laundry, skimpy soaps/shampoo (had to hunt for them), barely enough toilet paper, etc. mint the end of the world, but expected more from a luxury resort listing. VRBO should note when the property is managed through a third party which I had to sign extra paperwork for.

Beautiful Home

We absolutely loved this home! The homeowners took meticulous care in the quality of the furnishings, the stocked kitchen, the fantastic back patio, and just the little extra items that are usually not included in a rental home. Examples: Covers for the sofa if you have a pet. Brilliant!! Or the hairdryer in the bathroom closet. Or the first aid kit! The extra care is so very noticed.

We have stayed multiple times in this pet friendly rental and unfortunately for us when checked in the rental had not been cleaned! I spent 2.5 hours with management company trying to get a housekeeper to come and clean. Finally a Spanish speaking lady came but we had to translate in order to communicate. Melissa reimbursed us for the cleaning and for aunt traps as there were aunts especially upstairs. We are scheduled to come in September. Hopefully the unit will be thoroughly cleaned. The community is nice to include the amenities.
