ECCEZIONALE residenza cittadina del gruppo "Cypress Point" con 3 camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni che si presentano come una casa modello !! La cucina gourmet / decorata in modo professionale ha una grande isola, piani in granito, paraspruzzi con piastrelle e piano cottura a gas.
Suite matrimoniale al primo piano con ampio bagno padronale.
Il secondo piano ha un soppalco e 2 ampie camere da letto con 1 bagno completo.
La casa si affaccia sui boschi in modo da poter godere della tua privacy nel portico schermato o nel patio del lastricatore

This was a repeat stay at this beautiful Bayside home! Jeff and Debbie are so easy to work with. The home is very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a week in Fenwick. We plan on a return trip next summer:-).

Gem of a townhouse

We have stayed twice in the past few months. The home is super clean, and so well equipped. Comfortable bed. The hosts have truly thought of everything not only needed, but wanted by guests. We will be staying again soon.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed the stay. Firstly, handwrtten memo was touching. It was equipped excellent. Rooms were clean, artistically coordinated. Quiet neighborhood and beatiful natur was welcoming. Good access to shopping center.

Had all the amenities anyone could ask for from hand soap, tissues, Keureg cups, bicycles, and beach gear. Place was very clean, spacious, and well kept. Great location on Bayside resort. Highly recommend!

4 day stay in Bethany Beach

The house was beautiful and well maintained. The host was very responsive in helping us make use of the pool and other amenities. The welcome note was very thoughtful. We appreciated the flexibility with early check-in and late checkout. Would definitely stay there again!

Best Vacation Ever

My family of three chilled for a long weekend away from our home city at this Bayside Resort paradise close to Fenwick Island. This five-star retreat and the Bayside community are top-rated with good reason. Once we walked through the door and walked the community, we wished we could stay for longer as total relaxation abounded. The owners are responsive, excellent communicators. The house serves as a model for anyone who appreciates quality and inviting furnishings. We took turns resting in the Stanley swivel recliner at the end of each day as our eyes danced across the plush Surya pigments area rug and into the gourmet kitchen. We enjoyed local carry-out in the gourmet kitchen: a fresh cake from Sweet Disposition, Italian subs for lunch from Ocean Side, and a fresh-catch seafood dinner from Rusty Jimmies; and easily picked up breakfast items (milk, OJ, eggs) from nearby Harris Teeter. The locals were fabulous. Our only wish was that Delmarva Boil and other revered eateries were open and not closed off-season! Based on a recommendation from Fenwick Tackle, we fished at nearby Northside Pier in time for the kickoff of the Winterfest of Lights. We enjoyed the community indoor heated pool and the hot tub, and walked the (very scenic) route from the house to The Point. This vacation was one of our most memorable ever. Once we arrived home, we were already planning our next getaway to the same location. Thank you for sharing your fantastic home that brings fantastic memories!

Amazing Place

This place is awesome. We’ve stayed at other VRBOs in Bayside, but Jeff’s house has them beat by a mile. The layout is great. And having a first floor bedroom is a huge plus. The house was spotless and well stocked with all the incidentals like paper products and laundry detergent. The owners were very cordial and had even written us a welcome note. I wish I could give a rating higher than five stars because it deserves more. We will definitely be back to Seagrass Bend at Bayside!

Family trip

My family enjoyed a week stay at this lovely home. It was very clean and welcoming. We were able to enjoy some of the resort amenities and my kids loved the days we spent at the pool/splash pad. I loved the location. My parents enjoy the Bethany area and we were able to enjoy the different beaches without much of a commute! We can’t wait to do it again next year!

Great House in Bayside

The house was updated, clean and well appointed with everything needed. Nice spot within Bayside. The kitchen was set up well for cooking. There were bikes and chairs for the beach available. Parking two cars was easy with the extra spot next to the driveway. The owners were quick to respond to questions and made the process getting in and out very easy. The community provides plenty of options for walking, biking, kayaking and the pool/gym access for non beach days.

A true gem!

This home was the PERFECT house for our family of five. The home was immaculate, updated, and extremely well stocked with all the necessities needed for a week’s stay. Jeff and Deb were super responsive to our questions leading up to our stay and were available if anything was needed during our time in their home. We love the Bayside community and this was our first time staying at this particular home. We are excited to book this property again for future vacations!

Great Home & Great Location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Jeff & Deb’s home! They really outfitted the home to make for a comfortable stay and it’s probably the most thoroughly stocked rental I’ve been in (tons of paper products, soaps, plenty of sheets and towels, laundry detergents, etc.) We were all very comfortable even in a larger group. The location and community is great, it’s centrally located for bethany + ocean city + fenwick beaches, and there is a ton to do inside the community. A few of the adults took advantage of kayaking & the kids loved the pool setup. We look forward to returning in the future!
