Beautiful Beach Vacation Home located in The Grove, one of Fenwick Island's newest resort communities. 2021 new construction, 4 bed, 3.5 bath with 2 living rooms, and Master King on the first floor. The perfect location being 3 miles from the beach, 1.5 miles to Bayside Resort (golfing and concerts) 2 miles to all of Fenwick's best restaurants to include Harpoon Hannah's, Catch 54, Papa Grandes and much more! 3 miles to Viking Golf & Go-Karts, and Thunder Lagoon Water Park.

After a long day at the beach, come home to a professionally decorated home, gourmet kitchen, and community pool! Spend your evenings at local restaurants or relax in the cozy screened in porch/patio and grill a perfect meal. Parking limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway.

This is a beautiful home and has everything you need while on vacation. It really is like home away from home if not better! The living areas (including a loft area on 2nd floor), kitchen, bedrooms, screened in porch, and pool were spectacular. We had three vehicles and were able to park our SUV in the garage and the other two vehicles in the driveway. It worked out perfectly. The kids absolutely loved it too, especially the extra toys and games that were available. And it is also an added bonus when bedsheets and bath towels are added to the rental. Chelsea was always quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. Only drawback, be prepared for heavy traffic on Lighthouse Road on the weekends. Overall, it was a great week of vacation!

Family Fun at the Beach

We loved the house. It was beautiful and clean and fully stocked. Plenty of room for a large family. Chelsea the owner was very nice and helpful. Got right back with any and all questions. The only drawback is the parking. If you want any guests to visit during your stay there is no guest parking available and you are forbidden from parking on the roads of the development. There are only to spots on the parking pad and a small garage space. Large Trucks or SUVs would not fit inside. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Great rental

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautifully appointed townhouse. Spacious, all amenities and a wonderful kitchen. Located at the perfect spot in the plan as an end unit overlooking a pond. Great to sit on screened in porch and listen to the hundreds of frogs! Swimming pool was a perfect size and very clean. Never crowded and bathroom on site. Highly recommend this rental as it was very clean and so welcoming!

Superbe séjour!

Nos deux familles ont adorés le séjour passé dans cette magnifique résidence. Les photos sont parfaitements représentatives de la maison décorée avec goût, confortable, avec de belles grandes pièces pouvant accomoder facilement nos deux grandes famille. La propreté de cette msison est irréprochable. La maison est également très bien située, près de tous les services, la plage (moins de 10 minutes en voiture), restaurants et activités. Notre hôte répondait très rapidement à nos questions et était très avenante. Nous recommandons hautement cette maison pour vos vacances en famille et amis.

Home away from Home

The townhouse was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We enjoyed the numerous seating areas to gather - two living areas, the kitchen/dining area and the screen porch. We only occupied the two King rooms, and found the beds to be extremely comfortable. All rooms were nicely decorated. We were conveniently located to the Freeman Arts Pavilion where we enjoyed the Steve Miller Band with friends. We enjoyed being near numerous favorite restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. We will definitely return again. Chelsea was a pleasure to work with - a class act!!

Stunning, convenient home with excellent service

We have stayed in Fenwick island for many years. We actually saw “The Grove” community be built from a distance. We are always on a hunt for the perfect home & community to stay in for our weekly family vacation every year. This one is definitely at the top of the list. The home is convenient & easy, even if you have an elderly person tagging along. The first floor king room is excellent for that. Right off the living room & kitchen, with the bathroom attached to the bedroom. The only slight inconvenience we had was parking but that’s only from having family coming together from different areas so multiple cars. That’s out of their control though. Keyless, number pad lock was very convenient. Having linens provided is always a plus. Very very clean, all around. I could go on & on with how excellent our stay was. The service was always excellent. Any questions are answered almost right away if not within the hour. Super welcoming! We hope to be back!
