This stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers breathtaking bay views, three spacious open decks, and a comfortable, coastal-inspired design ideal for your next vacation. Whether you’re relaxing on one of the decks, enjoying sunsets over the bay, or exploring all the nearby attractions, this home is designed for memorable coastal getaways.

MAIN LEVEL FEATURES
The first floor features an open-concept layout with a fully stocked kitchen, a convenient wet bar, and a cozy living area with plenty of seating. While there’s no formal dining room, guests can gather around the kitchen island or enjoy meals outside on the first-floor deck with its high-top table seating 6 and enjoy sunrises from the adirondack chairs located below the main deck, all while soaking in the incredible water views. A gas grill on the first-floor deck is available for guest's use. Two assigned parking spaces are available for use while staying with additional visitor parking on a first-come basis.

SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed + twin bed, with access to a private deck. And the second bedroom has a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full hallway bath.

THIRD FLOOR: The third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, complete with a king bed, private open deck with seating, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower.

This property features 4 decks in total. Enjoy views of the bay, including a direct view of the Fenwick Lighthouse. Watch the beautiful sunrise each morning and enjoy the wildlife in the wetlands. The first-floor deck provides a welcoming space for the whole group to enjoy meals together at the large table that seats 6. A gas grill on the first-floor deck is available for guest's use. The second and third level balconies offer the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. Both offer two seats and a bistro table. With beautiful sunrises from three decks to beautiful sunsets on the front deck, this property has it all!
If that isn't enough, three waterfront restaurants/bars are all within walking distance: Harpoon Hanna's, Catch 54, and Papa Grande's. One can also walk or bike to the beach, rent jet ski's and boats right next door at Shark’s Cove Marina. You can also walk across the parking lot for a relaxing day at the Zen Spa & Studio Z, play a few rounds at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course down the road, or venture onto Coastal Highway for tax free shopping.

In the summer, the community pool (steps away) is adjacent to the unit and opens at 10:00 am and closes at 9:00 pm. The pool area includes an outdoor shower. A kayak rack is available for use during your stay. There is direct access to the bay for launching a kayak or paddleboard.

BEACH & OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT
The owner provides so many things for you to enjoy! Including beach chairs, beach umbrella and sand toys. Condition and quantity are not guaranteed. If you'd like to rent additional beach chairs, bikes, or other recreational equipment, please contact us and we will gladly refer you to local companies we recommend and trust.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

TAX & LICENSING INFORMATION
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
