  • Bella casa per famiglie a 2 piani. Situato su un grande lotto appartato sul lago Keowee, a soli 10 minuti dallo stadio Clemson ea pochi minuti da ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e molto altro. Lake Keowee ha oltre 18.000 ettari di acqua che lo rende il luogo ideale per la nautica, la pesca, sci nautico, tubi e molto altro ancora. Porta la tua barca per esplorare questo lago incontaminato e tutta la sua bellezza. Abbiamo un grande dock con molto spazio per attraccare la tua barca. La rampa pubblica è a pochi minuti da casa nostra. Molto vicino a Seneca Marina dove le barche possono essere noleggiate. South Cove County Park si trova a pochi minuti con pass ospite incluso con la casa.

    La bella casa può ospitare fino a 22 persone. Un sacco di spazio per più famiglie per condividere questo 7 camere da letto, 5 bagni di casa con 2 cucine complete e due set di unità lavatrice / asciugatrice. Include un grande ponte che si affaccia sul lago. Crogiolarsi al sole sul nostro grande terrazzo con vista sul lago o sul molo. Ci sono 3 diversi controlli a / c attraverso la casa per soddisfare le esigenze di tutti. Il piano principale dispone di 2 grandi TV con tv diretta e DVD, con 3 grandi finestre che si affacciano sul lago. Abbiamo anche un sistema audio surround con altoparlanti integrati in tutta la casa e all'esterno sotto il portico.

    Jaimica Lane dispone di 7 camere da letto-1 camera matrimoniale con letto king size con bagno completo, 2 camere con letti queen size e bagni in allegato. Al piano di sotto ha 1 camera con 2 letti singoli, 1 camera con un letto pieno e 1 set di letti a castello, 1 camera da letto 3 con 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 set di letti a castello, 1 camera con 2 letti king size 1 letto matrimoniale con bagno completo . 5 ° bagno completo è nella sala al piano di sotto.

    2 cucine completamente attrezzate con ripiani in granito, microonde, caffettiere, fabbricatori di ghiaccio, frullatori, smaltimento, lavastoviglie, completamente attrezzate con pentole, padelle, utensili, tostapane e bicchieri,
     Al piano di sotto ha una grande area ricreativa con un tavolo da ping pong, biliardo, tavolo da biliardo. TV con diretta tv e lettore dvd. Giochi da tavolo disponibili. Tavolo da poker e patatine, carte incluse.

    Il tavolo della sala da pranzo al piano principale può ospitare 10 persone con 2 sedie da bar sulla grande isola accanto al tavolo. Al piano di sotto posti a sedere 8, e ci sono tavolo e sedie fuori sotto il portico con due sedie a sdraio sulla veranda al piano superiore con tavolo e 4 sedie.

    All'esterno si trovano 2 canoe per 2 persone, 1 kayak, 2 paddle board e un pedalò inclusi. Molti galleggianti disponibili per nuotare con nel lago.

    Servizi aggiuntivi - seggiolone e culla disponibili. Anche la ringhiera dei bambini è disponibile. Griglia in acciaio inossidabile di grandi dimensioni commerciale situata al piano superiore attorno al portico. Giubbotti di salvataggio e giochi d'acqua sono disponibili per il tuo uso.

    Non è permesso fumare all'interno della casa.

This is our second time staying in this home. It can accommodate large groups comfortably and we like the location of the quiet cove. The home is well equipped and the owner is very responsive. We would stay here again!

Women's Retreat

this house was amazing. There’s plenty of room for our large family vacation to spread out. There are lots of games and water equipment to keep the kids busy. It is very private and has a wonderful lake view. This is probably the best vacation rental I have ever booked

Amazing Lake House with views

Great Experience

From the booking through our stay, everything was great! The house was perfect for our family of 20. Plenty of space and lots of extras for entertainment (pool table, ping pong, paddle boats, kayaks, etc). Communication with out host was top notch. The house is located in a nice quite cove on Lake Keowee.

Family Football and Thanksgiving Trip

What a great home! It looks great in the pictures but it is even better in person. Plenty of room for the whole family. 20 minutes from Clemson for the game. Beautiful view of lake and foliage. Kids (and adults) loved the game room too. Highly recommended for a big group.

The property presents beautifully. It was very clean, and having a family reunion in July definitely requires a water feature. This home on the lake fit the bill, and had enough entertainment features to keep everyone busy. From the water toys (SUPs, kayaks, noodles, floating lily pad and life vests to keep everyone safe), to the pool table, ping pong table, poker table and choice of two TV's, no one was saying, "I'm bored." : ) Plenty of sleeping accommodations. The beds were a little on the soft side, and the only burp was a missing O ring seal for the blender. Everyone enjoyed the stay very much, and would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Seneca Serenity for our daughter’s graduation from Clemson University, and it was a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and truly lives up to its name. There was plenty of room for our family and guests to gather, eat, and celebrate without ever feeling crowded.We especially enjoyed the large outdoor grill and all the space both inside and outside for spending time together. The hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay, and we appreciated the games and water equipment available for guests to enjoy. The property is quiet, hidden away, and perfect for relaxing and meditating.One small suggestion would be to include washcloths in addition to hand towels for bathing. We also brought our own pots, pans, utensils, seasonings, etc. because we weren’t sure what to expect, though the home itself was very well kept, well stocked (pans, utensils, plates, seasonings, etc.) and welcoming. Also, there was plenty of parking for everyone!The winding gravel road leading in can feel a little intimidating at first, but once you arrive on the property, it’s absolutely worth it. One thing to note is that the downstairs area involves quite a few stairs, which could be difficult for older family members to navigate repeatedly.Overall, our entire family loved the property, and it gave us a beautiful place to celebrate such a special occasion and make lasting memories together.

House is huge with plenty of places for people to sleep. Kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of water "toys" available. The lighting could be better....not enough good reading lamps and some had burned out bulbs. We couldn't find any new lightbulbs so had to borrow some from other lamps. Refrigerator was still full of last guests' food when we arrived so we had to clean out the refrigerator. Raccoons kept getting into garbage cans at night and tearing open the bags so we finally put heavy rocks on the lids.

Beautifully Appointed Home

The house was amazing with all the amenities you would expect, and many more! There was plenty of space to spread out and more than enough beds for our group. If you are looking for a great house for a gathering of friends to relax and fellowship, this is a great option!

Excellent Property - Perfect for Our Large Group

Our group of 11 gentlemen had a wonderful time Seneca Serenity!! The house had plenty of beds for all and although the location is a bit remote, it's still close to everything we needed during our stay. We had a great time and if in the area again, we'd certainly like the stay here again. Thanks.

New Years with Friends

This was an incredible stay. The lake views are amazing and the house is a generous size for a large group. My friends really enjoyed the downstairs area with all of its game offerings. The host was also very cooperative and lenient throughout the booking process despite complications from the rise of Omicron. A perfect weekend getaway!
