Hotel vicino a Seneca Lake Sprayground - Geneva

“I had stayed here a few years back of course it was a little newer. they were working on the pool so we were not able to swim but the gym was awesome and clean We stopped at the restaurant in the morning to have breakfast staff was amazing the food was fresh and amazing I guess they make a lot of their food fresh hollandaise etc in the morning 😊. The room we stayed in was tidy , the bathroom was so much cleaner than the room but some repair was needed and window treatments things like that...

“The breakfast was ok--nothing special. Tasteless eggs, dry potatoes, and rubbery sausage. The easy-bake cinnamon rolls were not bad though. The coffee was also kind of not great. The hot tub was barely luke-warm. I chose this particular hotel because it was the only one that I saw with a hot tub. That evening there happened to be a kid birthday party at the pool--25 loud kids and many were in the tub splashing around. I just left. Thats sucked. 9:30 ish PM the fire alarm went off because some...

“Nice size room. Clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable but the pillows left much to be desired. ”

“The room we reserved was unavailable due to heat issues. The replacement in the Vinifera suites was marginal. The bedspread was too small, exposing the mattress. The overall experience was mediocre. We have been coming to Belhurst for over 40 years. This may have been our last visit”

“Made reservation through 3rd party. Office had no record of it when I was checking in. I had to show that my account was debited for the rental. Area is very crowded with RVs. Was greeted by campers yelling at me to slow down, even though I was doing the tmph speed limit. Not a good environment if you don't have an RV.”

“Best hotel we’ve been to. We loved the historic feel of the place, the vintage bathrooms and dual heat/ac unit. Terrie at the front desk was the nicest woman we’ve ever met at a hotel; extremely welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and smelled nice. The parking was so easy and close to walk. We will absolutely be back!! Thanks for everything!”
