“The property was excellent. My reservation was altered by Expedia. For two nights They gave me two different rooms . I had reserved room with two beds. My second night Expedia booked me in a room with one bed. The property worked hard to accommodate us but it was inconvenient”

“It was a real treat to stay at the Balsam Inn! The Inn is off the beaten path like I wanted and very very quite. Jenny is a warm welcoming host. She even upgraded my room just because it was available. The room itself was beautiful! It felt like I was a guest in someones Adirondack mountain home.
