“Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“I didnt realize that Candlewood Suites has no morning breakfast and that was a let down. I like IHG hotels but may not stay at CW Suites in the future if they dont have breakfast”

“The property looks to be working on updating the building which is needed. The room was clean, the people are very nice and the breakfast was wonderful! I was happily surprised with all of the options for breakfast. ”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“Excellent hotel for our visit to The Creation Museum. Free self parking, located on the Ohio River and rental bikes available made this a great hotel to stay in. We rented a one bedroom suite which gave us a lot of room to relax in.”

“Always a good stay at the Hampton Inn. Room service, latino guy, was knocking hard on my door at 10:15am. I had the do not disturb on the handle. I asked him why the knocking but no english. I felt a bit rushed for leaving at 10:45am. Also the person at the front desk “stepped away” , so I couldn’t complain, I left the key cards on the counter.”

“No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. ”
