“We arrived after reception had closed but our key was placed in a safe and we had been sent a text message an hour before with the safe code. Our room was lovely and fresh and clean and the staff had left the air con on for us. We had drinks at the poolside bar before walking to the Strand and put 10 minutes walk away and having dinner. Breakfast was included the next morning and there was pastries, fruit, cereal and fruit bread and crumpets as well as a coffee machine. The staff were friendly...

“Al check-in la reception era chiusa, nonostante fossero le 13.30. Ho dovuto chiamare un numero di telefono, mi hanno dato la combinazione della cassaforte posta all'esterno e preso la mia chiave. Pulizia della camera di primo acchito nella norma, mentre le pulizie giornaliere non sono state fatte. “Had a couple of technical issues. I’m not surprised as it is a new venue running some state of the art systems. Problems happen. The staff went out of their way to assist. That is the measure of a great company. Problems could not be fixed then and there, however they made sure I was happy. Gold star. ”

“We loved our stay at Madison Ocean Breeze! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen which was well stocked. The position of the apartment was close to Coles, lots of cafes and the foreshore which we enjoyed walking along each morning. A great spot for a stay in Townsville”
