“Offrono check-in on-line H24, ma la reception chiude alle 19:30. Io sono arrivato dopo l'orario e non potevo entrare né in hotel, ne tantomeno in camera. Questo mi ha portato grossi problemi. Inoltre la sera il parcheggio è pieno di auto e nn si trova parcheggio nelle vicinanze ”

“Lovely clean refurbished rooms, superb air con. Seahaven is an older resort, hence it is quite cost effective to stay. The breakfast staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to assist. Will definitely be back. ”

“The hotel was clean and well-designed and stylish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in & out process was quick and easy. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed & pillow was very comfortable. The swimming pool was really good especially the parasols and the swimming bed colour were super nice (instagrammable colours around the hotel). ”

“Unit was below average for cleanliness, only 1 tea towel, not enough toilet paper and no dishcloths provided to wipe down surfaces. You could tell the staff were only there to get paid. (6 day stay) Activities for children with water slides fed and lovely pool for everyone. Clean bbq to use for free. Laundry facilities $6 per load. Need washing powder. ”

“We had a nice day until we reach this place and wanted to check in. The receptionist/ the person handles the check in was very rude, very unprofessional and very unwelcoming - not hospitable knowing they are in hospitality industry. Dealing with a loss with a family doesn't give you the right to treat your guests bad.”

“Beautiful apartment and staff were friendly but so many people struggled to get in to reception as they have the door locked during open hours. I personally had to ring the out of hours number on the door to get them to push the button to unlock the door borh times we stayed. Other than that reception does have someone in there and the rest of check in is easy and the Appartments are lovely. ”
