“We chose L'Auberge de Sedona for its reputation for luxury hospitality, but our experience fell far short. Our 1:30 p.m. lunch reservation at Cress couldn't be found, though we were seated. It then took 35 minutes for our server to take our order. By 2:20 p.m. our appetizers arrived, but our drinks had been forgotten until we asked, and no refills were ever offered.
