“Hotel was really OK !!”

“The breakfast menu was a little lackibg based on other stays at Hamilton Inn over the past years. ”

“Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful and hotel was clean and quiet even though it was conveniently located near an interstate. Would recommend this hotel.”

“When I checked in, I was told the room was behind the office. I got my luggage out and went on the sidewalk behind the office. There were no rooms there. I went back to the office. I was told behind her meant across the lot and on the other side of the pool. I re-loaded my luggage into the car and drove to the other side. Luggage had to be dragged up stairs as there was no ramp. Nasty bathtub. Drain stoppers had been removed from the sink and bathtub. Good luck if you drop your...

“Only they said deposit would go right back on your card as soon as you checked out”

“Booked thru Expedia for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Front desk check in said we only booked 1 room, our traveling companion had to book another room under her name. We spent the 2 nights but have been billed for 4 nights. Calls to hotel netted no help because we booked thru Expedia. I assume I will now have to work with my CC to get 2 nights charge reversed.”

“Our room and my daughter’s room was filthy. There was a dead bug inside a pillowcase: a bug smashed on the wall with a streak of bug guts; peanuts under the desk area; yellow stains on the sheets; a lot of dead bugs under the curtains; and what appeared to be a mouse hole in the wall. We left and found a clean room at the Holiday Inn Express. We have pictures and requested a refund.”

“The rooms are old-style and cramped for the two days we stayed there. A nearby floor lamp with a hole in the shade was the light for the desk so the desk was poorly lit. The plug at the desk was so loose it did not work. The pillows were foam and uncomfortable. There was no room for toiletries around the sink. And, there was dried blood in the wall of the bathroom. The breakfast was adequate but poorly cooked. It could have tasted so much better. We will not return.”

“This was the worse place I ever been. Dirty place, the staff are always frustrated and care less about your questions. The breakfast was even worse. By 7am there’s nothing left and no one care to even restock some food. It’s just water coming out of the « supposed » juice machine, and no one to even put a proper juice in there. I stayed there for 3 nights,4 days and didn’t get to eat any breakfast and like you this place supposed to be breakfast included. Overall this experience was terrible....
