“The staff was more than amazing! After a bit of a booking nightmare on my behalf, they made it work! The room was beautifully updated. The hotel was close to all the amenities. I will definitely stay again when in the area.”

“Upon learning the pool was in repair, and has been for some time, after riding in 30c all day, we were quite disappointed. The lady at check in seems dismissive and sarcastic that we were not impressed. Asking us if we were planning to swim some laps??? We needed to cool off - sadly one of the ladies in our group explained that to her. The lady at the check in said she would let the manager know. My point was we should have been notified of the pool being broken so 1. we didn't look forward...

“One of the most unique rooms and hotels in which I have ever stayed. Could use some updating, but a great night. Stairs to the bed in the loft, a jacuzzi in the living room, and a tunnel to the pool and hot tub. Hotel has a games room and what appeared to be a bike shop/fitness room. The waterslide is very slow and the hot tub overlooks the highway. Included breakfast was underwhelming. Location and views over the mountains were amazing.”

“Rooms were very spacious and clean, full kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Resort was very nice and well layed out. The hot tubs were easily accessible, the restaurant was very good and the portions were perfectly sized and priced. The spa services were very good and ha I g those on site made it very convenient. The location of this resort made it very easy to travel to Fernie and around Southern BC quickly.”

“Snow Valley Inn was not particularly expensive relative to other inns and motels in the area. Office staff were very courteous and helpful.”
