“The room was ok, TV had a black line down the center, very annoying. The breakfast environment was horrible, will not stay at this location again! The breakfast area is about 14 x 14 and most of the time there was 30 to 35 people in this tiny space. Huge fire hazard! Also one women proceeded to cook about 10 waffles while 15 people waited and staff would not do anything about it! Horrible!”

“It was inconvenient to bring luggage to the second floor without elevator. The lodge rooms were in a separate building with an access key needed every time entering the main door. We have been charged very high rates for the least amount of amenities. On top of it they charged extra for the water bottles. The lodge location was 40 min away from my destination the letchworth state park.”

“I don't normally do reviews because I travel often but this was probably the most disappointing experience at a Hampton. Our room was not ready at check-in. The coffee bar was not stocked on one occasion. When we asked for an item, it was tossed on the counter to us. The attendant didn't even restock the counter, just got us 2 packets. The breakfast toaster was not working on both days. When I asked about it, I was told they were waiting on a new one. I get it, but why have it out for people to...
