“Spa tub was very nice, room itself was nice and clean. The mattress however was in dire need of replacement... It was well beyond sagged and extremely uncomfortable.”

“-If you’re disabled, this isn’t the place for you…there is no elevator. The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. Guests, who had events to attend, competitions, etc.,all...

“Nice staying 👌”

“From the beginning of our 3 night stay to the departure it was a wonderful time! Staff was the friendliest I have ever had of all the places I’ve stayed throughout my years! I will definitely be returning!!! The Spa was amazing!”

“Loved being so close to the strong museum. Easy to walk my 2 year old over and back.”
