“Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for visiting the Strong Museum. Food at breakfast was good. Food at in house restaurant was good. Beds are very uncomfortable. Bathroom sink did not drain, but fixed quickly once brought to attention of management. Floor in room entrance and bathroom was very dirty upon checkin. Asked for cleaning staff to clean it, but it was not addressed. Pool water was uncomfortably cold to swim in. Therefore unable to use the amenity more than...

“It was better than expected and offered great value for money. I was pleased with the front desk service, and the breakfast was extensive; the staff in charge of breakfast were fantastic, promptly replenishing any items that ran low. It was a pleasant stay”

“I am handicapped and walk with a cane. I never saw on the website that there was no elevator. Of course, even know I booked many weeks before, we were put on the second floor and the very end of a long hallway. After a 9 hour drive to get there I was so disappointed that our room was so far from the front desk and breakfast area. I did not stay more than one night and forfeited two nights because of it. I won't book there again.”

“Room was not cleaned at all. Ants were all over the bathroom floor along with hair. Pillows were stained. Debris/stains were on the carpet floor. When we asked for another room we were told none were available. However, on the Expedia app it stated 4 rooms were available. The best they could do was spray the ants with bug spray. We left after about an hour. The positive we were refunded.”

“There needs to be upgrades made. Having resort fees should d waived too when your outdoor poor isn’t available due to maintenance. Fire pit needs to he fixed- all you smell is gas and basically no flame. We let the front desk know.. first night and still was not then care if all weekend.”
