“We had a great stay, the accommodation was comfortable and clean, the hot tub was a great feature and so relaxing. the grounds are quiet and we were visited by some chickens too! Perfectly located for a break from every day life, just 5 minute drive to the town and half an hour to the beach. “We had a good time the cottag wasn't what we expected as I thought it was all on ground floor not having bedrooms upstairs and bathroom downstairs so not really suitable for disabled people especially if you need to keep to going downstairs to toilet at night, otherwise nice relaxing break.”

“Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). Up to date photos would be good on cottages.comMay be a bit cosy with 4 adults (we were 3 adults and dog )Slightly nit picking, would have helped to have settee across the lounge facing TV.
