“The hotel is conveniently located within easy reach of the main train station and is surrounded by major department stores and a good selection of restaurants, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.
The room is modern and well maintained, although rather compact. The king-size bed is positioned against the wall, which makes getting in and out of bed somewhat challenging, as one has to climb over the bed to reach the other side.
The hotel does not have its own parking facilities....

“This hotel was honestly exceptional from the moment we arrived (which started with a drink and lovely welcome gift). Staff were incredible and consistently went above and beyond. The hotel is quite new and this showed - the rooms were modern with incredibly comfortable beds. The location is fantastic - a very easy walk to the harbour area and great subway access to shin-kobe and Sanomiya stations. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor was great and the spa/onsen was brilliant. We will...
