孔徳駅は空港から乗り換えなしで行けることと、複数の路線があり移動がとても便利でした。 ホテルのスマートさ、フロントのコーヒーマシン等、使い勝手が良かったです。 お部屋とサニタリーゾーンが広いです。 バスタブにもしっかり浸かれます。 だだひとつ、夜は車の音が遅くまで聞こえます。

ホテルの設備やスタッフ対応はとてもよかったのですが、朝食がおいしくなかったです。3泊したので、それぞれ別のメニューを選びましたが、オープンサンドを頼んだとき、セットのコーヒー(インスタント？)には砂糖もミルクもついておらず、持ってきてほしいと頼むと粉タイプのインスタントミルクでした。 韓国では普通なのかもしれませんが。

Lack of efficiency, we reached hotel early morning and noted early check in wasn’t allowed but front desk staff requested passport for registration and checking our reservation. This step was repeated again when we back in the evening time so kind of wasting time to do duplicate checking. It will be better just to check the reservation in the morning instead of asking passport for guest to leave the luggage at hotel only and do the proper process for check in in the evening

2泊3日家族5人で利用しました。 交通の便が良く、駅から近くてすごく便利でした！孔徳駅からホテルまでにコンビニもあり、近くにスタバやホテルの1階にカフェもありました。 フロントの階にはwowpassの機械やコーヒーメーカーもあり、本当に便利でした！ スイートルームは広く、ラウンジが24時間利用できて良かったです。 バスルームやパウダールームも広く、トイレと別なのもありがたいです。 韓国に行く際はまた泊まりたいです！

Customer service was very satisfying. Staff are very friendly and helpful, which include helping us book taxi's and providing airport shuttle bus timetable sheet and bus stop location. Accommodation amenities (i.e., shampoo, conditioner, body wash, robes, towels and slippers) very satisfying. The toilet is automatic and welcoming. They also have self laundry service, where you need to get a pre-paid laundry card for the washing machine and dryer. It is very good, but there are only four of each machines for the whole hotel. However, they also provide hotel laundry service. Would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again.

日系なので日本語OK。 チェックインの前に安心して荷物を預け、出掛ける事ができました。 仁川からリムジンバスを使い、停留所から最寄りで、 滞在中、電車移動が主の自分にとっては、孔徳駅は便利で、無駄なく移動できました。 大通りに面していても、夜は静かにゆっくり休む事ができました！ ２回目の宿泊ですが、予約が取れたら、 渡韓時は利用したいと思っています。

娘の家から近いと言う理由でこちらに滞在させて頂きました。バスルームは浴槽洗い場が別になっている日本式のバスルームで快適でした。部屋はスタンダードツインを利用しましたが、大きめのスーツケースを広げるには狭く、足の踏み場がないという感じでした。 小さいキャリーでの旅行なら問題ないかと思います。 ホテルの近くには空港バスのバス停もありますし、地下鉄の麻浦駅とコンドク駅が近く、市内バスのバス停も近いので、交通の便はとても良いです。 また、近くにはe martやコンビニ、オリーブヤングなどもあるので、ちょっとした買い物にも便利ですし、近所には沢山美味しいお店もあるので、立地はとても良いです。
