“The overall experience was good, except for the restaurant on the b1. We tried the restaurant on the B1 floor for dinner and the food was cold and the quality was bad. Also it is not written anywhere on hotels.com and on the reservation but if you want to use the swimming pool bring a hat or you can’t use it! “Very cozy and relaxing stay! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!”

“Very comfortable hotel close in Gangnam district, very close to Subway station and many bus stop (including airport limousine bus stop). There are many minimarket and restourants in the area. Fitness room is small but clean and provided with basic tools. Wifi was good in the room. The deluxe room is ok, only the cleaning of the floor shall be improve a little bit, but overall speaking is a very money value hotel. The staff was very nice and polite. ”

“まず、日本語は通じないですが、翻訳機を使って対応していただけます。ホテルの部屋のファイルには、「タクシーを呼ぶ時は、スタッフが一緒にタクシーを捕まえてくれる」と記載ありましたが、ホテルから、タクシーを依頼したところ、今は、ご自分で読んで頂きますと言われてしまいました。「マジ！ですか！？」と困っていたところ、翻訳機を使って、対応していただき、１台タクシーを読んでくれました！本当にありがたかった！タクシーが来て、タクシーに乗るまでちゃんと見届けてくれた事！本当にありがとうございました！とても気持ち良かった！”

“Convenient location. Check in was easy enough but as it is only online check in and had little inconvenient if your arrival time out of customer hour. Cleaness is just ok( I found trash plastic bag under the floor mattress). There is extra charges for cleaning service for your information. ”
